New to Grow
For over 13 years, I have dedicated my practice to supporting women as they navigate the many demands of modern life. I understand firsthand what it means to move between worlds. Growing up in Brooklyn as the daughter of immigrant parents, and now living in South Florida, I have been shaped by diverse cultures, communities, and perspectives. My love of travel has deepened that curiosity about the human experience. In the therapy room, this translates into a genuine ability to meet you where you are regardless of your background, your story, or how far from yourself you may feel right now.
Your first session is about one thing: you feeling safe enough to begin. From the moment we connect, you’ll notice the difference. This isn’t a clinical intake or a checklist of questions. It’s a real conversation “down-to-earth,” unhurried, and completely judgment-free. You set the pace. You decide how much to share and when. We’ll start by getting to know each other. I want to understand not just what brought you here, but who you are your background, your experiences, what matters most to you. Your culture, your identity, and your story are central to the work we do together. Therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all, and I don’t treat it that way.
Most clients tell me they feel comfortable opening up sooner than they expected. I don’t waste your time on small talk I create safety quickly so the real work can begin. Big emotions can feel overwhelming and hard to name. I’m skilled at helping you untangle what’s really going on so you can finally understand yourself and stop feeling stuck. Understanding your patterns is just the start. I push further helping you turn awareness into real, lasting change in your everyday life.
Ideal Client are high functioning on the outside meeting deadlines, showing up for her family while quietly running on empty. Even when women say "I'm just stressed," the deeper work is often about worth, identity, and permission to exist as more than her output. Help clients identify and understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Together, we explore unhelpful thinking patterns, cognitive distortions, and negative beliefs that may contribute to emotional distress.
