Hi there! I would like to first commend you on taking the first step towards living a life that includes your most authentic self. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I am afforded the opportunity to help guide you on that journey. My goal is to help you achieve your best self through a way that is comfortable for you. Through meaningful conversations, that goal can certainly be achieved!
I’m a therapist who believes therapy should be real, practical, and actually helpful in your day to day life.
My work is grounded in REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy), which focuses on how your thoughts shape your emotions and behaviors and how to shift what’s not working. It’s less about just changing thoughts and more about challenging the unrealistic expectations we put on ourselves, other people, and life. It teaches you how to deal with reality even when reality is inconvenient, unfair, or just plain annoying because let's be honest, life is going to life, and it's in our best interest to learn how to accept that fact while still honoring how we may feel about it.
While I consider myself an REBT therapist it's important to note that I don’t do "one size fits all therapy." I pull from approaches like CBT and Narrative Therapy and I tailor the work to fit you, not the other way around. At my core, I lead with a humanistic approach, which means you’ll get honesty, support, and a space where you don’t have to filter who you are.
With couples and families, I use Family Systems approaches along with the Gottman Method (Level I certified) to help improve communication, rebuild trust, and create stronger, healthier dynamics.

I have been working with individuals struggling with post-traumatic stress disorder, substance use, sexual addiction, and mental health challenges for the past ten years.
