Hi, I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. I work with adults, teens, and women who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected, and are ready for deeper healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, using EMDR and other evidence-based tools to help you process past experiences and build a stronger, more confident version of yourself. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to grow.
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. You’ll have space to share your concerns, experiences, and what you’re hoping for, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to open up about everything right away. I’ll ask some questions to better understand your needs, and we’ll begin identifying goals for our work together. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and with a clearer sense of direction for next steps.
My greatest strength is helping clients move beyond just coping and into true healing. I combine EMDR with attachment-based and nervous system-informed approaches to address the root of trauma, anxiety, and relational patterns. I create a space that feels safe yet purposeful, where clients feel supported while also experiencing meaningful progress. Clients often share that they gain deeper self-understanding, feel more in control of their emotions, and begin to experience lasting shifts in how they see themselves and relate to others.
I work best with clients navigating trauma, anxiety, and attachment wounds who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Many are high-functioning on the outside but struggling internally with anxiety, relationship patterns, or unresolved past experiences. I support individuals who are ready to understand themselves better, process what they’ve been carrying, and create meaningful, lasting change. I also specialize in working with women and mothers adjusting to new roles, helping them feel more regulated, confident, and supported as they navigate the emotional and identity shifts that accompany these life transitions.
EMDR
I use EMDR to help you process past experiences that may still be affecting how you feel today. We go at your pace, starting with building coping skills and a sense of safety before gently working through difficult memories so they feel less overwhelming.
Attachment-based
I use an attachment-based approach to understand how your early relationships may be shaping how you connect with others and yourself today. Together, we work on building safer, more secure patterns so you can feel more confident in your relationships.
Polyvagal Therapy
Sometimes your body reacts before your mind can catch up. I help you learn how your nervous system works and teach simple tools to feel safer, more regulated, and connected.
Trauma Informed Care
My work is trauma-informed, which means I’m mindful of how past experiences can impact you today. I focus on helping you feel safe, supported, and empowered as we work together.
