Hi, I am Vanessa. Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or just find life hard? I am here to help you overcome your challenges of anxiety, depression, or trauma. I can help you learn coping skills that you can implement to help you overcome these challenges. Together, we will create a treatment plan that is individualized to your needs. I can also help you process negative emotions or experiences. My experience in these areas comes from experience helping others with similar problems. I would love to be your partner in this journey of positive change.

Everyone is unique! I will conduct an intake assessment to find the treatment method that works for you. Treatment methods that I will consider are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, client-centered approach, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing.
My strengths are my ability to listen to my clients and empathize with their situation. I work together with my clients to develop the best treatment plan for them. I stay current on counseling practices and aim to learn new ways to help others.
