As C.S. Lewis said, “You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” Your experiences are valid, your feelings matter, and your story deserves care. I would be honored to be part of your healing journey.l

Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression and burnout. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach; addressing the needs of your mind, body and spirit.
I am passionate about helping individuals navigate the different challenges they face and build coping skills to create more fulfilling and holistic life experiences. From my journey, I can personally attest to the power of support, in its many forms. This support goes beyond clients I service but also to their families and communities. I believe that mental wellness isn’t just individualistic; but includes the ecosystem surrounding the person. My praxis acknowledges and aims to support the village needed by all.
I’m also passionate about the transformative impact of safe and brave spaces for those who often experience exclusion. My career has afforded me opportunities to build trust with LGBTQ+, Black, Indigenous, Latina/o/x, and Refugee communities across the nation. It is a personal privilege to center wellness and holistic care for all as ‘self-care is a radical form of resistance.’

Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. Let's work together!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I believe that we are all beings who want healing in all aspects of our life: physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
The differences between the emotional health we have and the health we want can create tension between our current situation and our self image and power. Often, we don't know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle can be too difficult to face without strong support and the realization someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills.
My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness. We move at your pace. I will assign homework if you want to move more quickly.
I hold the title of Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and am the proprietor of TEA Time Therapeutic Services LLC. My journey in the Behavioral Health field commenced in 2016, encompassing dedicated work with diverse individuals and families facing various life challenges.
I successfully completed two years of supervision, accumulating over 1,500 hours of clinical experience to attain the LCSW designation. Graduating from the Advanced Standing program at Florida International University in 2018 with a Master of Social Work, I have since applied my expertise in providing evidence-based treatment to a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly population.
Life has its challenges, and you don’t need to go through them alone. I provide a safe space by creating a warm, non-judgmental and empowering environment that allow you to process your feelings and work towards creating the life you want to live.
Seeking support is one of the most important and often one of the most difficult decisions a person can make. You’re here because you know your life can be better. I’m here to help you break through the hurdles that are in your way.
Congratulations for taking the most important first step towards healing.

Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor trained in CBT and EMDR, and I work with individuals facing past trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My approach centers on creating a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as you are. I'm so glad you're here, taking an important step towards your well-being. For over 15 years, I've had the privilege of supporting students as a school psychologist and ten years as a licensed professional counselor, and now I’m dedicated to helping adolescents and adults navigate challenges like anxiety and depression. My approach is compassionate and personalized, and I’m here to support you on your journey to a healthier, more balanced life.
I'm so glad you found me! I love working with adults concerning anxiety, depression and trauma. Anxiety isn't just fear or nervousness. Anxiety happens when we aren't willing to process difficult emotions. Anxiety can present itself through anger/projection, isolation, busy-ness, and being unusually overwhelmed. As I operate within the Bowen Family Systems theory, a safe space is created that promotes the ability to process these undesired emotions lending the ability to promote emotional resiliency, maturity and balance!
My enthusiasm in working with adults who've suffered from past traumas through EMDR is unmatched. EMDR is a type of therapy where past traumas are processed in a safe/controlled manner. I've found most fulfilment in utilizing EMDR with parental wounds. Once those wounds are processed, clarity to withdraw from current dysfunctional patterns can be achieved.
Do you feel like you've lost your way, your purpose and identity,
or just need to get back on track? Hello! My name is Erie, and I'd love to help you.
Social workers typically have an interesting life story and personal experiences with tragedy that tug at our heartstrings. I am no different. At times, I wonder "how is it that I have survived these mountains and valleys?" Despite personal tragedy, loss, and despair, influential people have served as beacons of hope throughout the years in my life.
Along with my re-creation of self through school, internships, and certifications, I have learned one basic human tenant that would be my guiding light through the most challenging of times: people need people. I realize that this sounds a bit rudimentary, but this is the cornerstone of social work and the secret to my success in beating the statistical odds that accompany a survivor of childhood abuse, drug addiction and alcoholism, military combat trauma, and the loss of a child.
So, the question stands: why am I here and what do I want? I simply want to pay it forward as many have done for me. I would have never expected to be where I am or doing what I'm doing. I personally believe that there is hope and light in the most desperate, dark places and recesses of the human soul. For that reason, I bet on the underdog, society's undeserving, and those with whom all other plans have failed.
I find that my reward and inner satisfaction comes with doing for others when all else has failed and all others have given up. For this reason, I will keep doing for others, because they are worth it.
Are you seeking support, healing, and personal growth? You’ve come to the right place. I am Stacey Harrell, a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges and find your way to a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have 15 years of experience in the field of therapy. My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, understanding, and evidence-based techniques. I believe that every woman is special and different, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs and goals. I specialize in working with high functioning women who are experiencing anxiety, depression and other women issues.
I am here for YOU! I am qualified to assist you in your journey to mental wellness and health. With my expertise and skills, I look forward to helping clients build, grow, and explore the possibilities of living a fulfilling and purposeful life. Challenges happen. Things change. Together, we can overcome, conquer, and succeed! Let me assist you in finding your Klear Day!

I am licensed in Texas with an associates in justice administration, a bachelor's in justice administration with a focus on human services and a minor in psychology, and a master's of arts in counseling. I have experience in helping clients with coping with addictions, trauma, abuse, and anger management. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. Hi!, I'm Jacqueline, a Licensed Professional Counselor who truly gets the beautiful chaos of modern life because I'm living it right alongside you.
After earning my psychology degree from Texas Tech in three years (because I thought sleep was optional back then!) and my master's in Rehabilitation Counseling Psychology from UT Southwestern, I spent over a decade working at places like UT Arlington, Children's Medical Center, and UT Southwestern's Neuropsychology department. But my real education came when life happened – getting married and having multiple kiddos.
Suddenly, I wasn't just understanding anxiety and overwhelm from textbooks. I was the one eating meals with one hand while bouncing a baby, wondering if I'd ever feel human again, and trying to balance professional responsibilities with the complete identity shift that comes with motherhood.
Those experiences taught me what no graduate program could: what it really feels like to juggle everything while questioning if you're failing at it all. Now, after 20+ years of marriage and navigating the ongoing adventure of raising three kids, I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to my work.
I specialize in helping women navigate anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges using evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. But what sets me apart is that I apply these tools through the lens of someone who has walked the same path.
Whether you're a young professional feeling overwhelmed, a new mom wondering where your identity went, or a working parent trying to find balance, I see you – because I've been you. My goal is simple: help you create a life you're thriving in, not just surviving. Because trust me, it's absolutely possible.

Greetings! I am a Licensed Certified Social Worker(LCSW). I completed my Master's at the University of Missouri-Columbia(MIZ-ZOU). I have over 17 years counseling experience. I approach our time together with integrating Christian, biblically, faith-based principles along with clinical treatment approaches and techniques tailored for you. I'm a narrative therapist at heart, which means we all have a story of our lives, and in the sharing of our story, we discover possible meaning, insights, healing, and growth. It is my goal to create an inviting, warm, safe place for you to share that story, and we can discover together how the Lord wants to bring healing and hope.
It is my hope that people will take away from sessions feeling supported, cared for, listened to, not alone, comforted, encouraged, and with a spark of faith that it is ok to have the courage to hope again.

Online counseling is fairly new and I've found it to be really effective for various issues. My counseling style is pretty laid back. I have been described as supportive, encouraging, caring and compassionate with a good sense of humor. I like to focus on identifying your strengths and helping you to maximize them to overcome your obstacles. I'm here to assist you in sorting through the things that are most difficult for you. I allow a safe place to be open and honest without fear of judgement. I am happy that you have decided to take the first step by reaching out for help.
As a Social Worker for nearly 35 years, I have experienced people from all walks of life who need someone to confide in, someone to talk with, & encouragement. I received my clinical license in 2019. Since that time, I have used my knowledge and skills to support individuals, from ages 5 to 65 years old with issues related to life stressors. I chose to change careers late in life. It has been a wonderful decision. I am able to help people in their daily lives be happy.
I attended SMU Counseling Program in Plano from 2010 to 2013. I was privileged to complete my practicum and internship at the Resource Center in Dallas. I requested this opportunity so I could help as many people as possible. This was not standard procedure, but I was allowed to do the unusual.
I believe clients simply want to be happy. They want to make their choices in life without guilt or shame. Everyone deserves that freedom. I hope that I can help people facilitate that life.
I am happy to share techniques that provide acceptance that allow people to not be impacted by the judgmental world in which we live.
Please give me a call and see if we connect and if you feel comfortable and safe speaking with me.

My focus is reconciliation. Healing is often achieved through us becoming reconciled with self and/or others. It can be a process that allows us to identify and modify our thoughts and behaviors. We are all a work in progress and rightly so as circumstances are constantly changing. I believe that each person should have an opportunity to express themselves in a safe, nurturing, judgement free zone. As we seek to gain an understanding of self and others, often we experience a shift in our processing. If you are stuck or it feels like you are spinning out of control like a hamster on a wheel, let’s talk about “it”.
