During the initial session, we will explore your background and discuss what brought you to therapy. A supportive space is provided to foster healing, growth, and transformation, with the option to share only what feels comfortable. Using an integrative approach, therapy sessions will be tailored to your specific needs as well as your goals for therapy.
Having worked a diverse population of clients, I possess the experience, insight, and skills to assist clients with identifying and unraveling the root cause of their issues.
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families addressing an array of clinical issues: anxiety, family/relational issues, grief/loss, IPV/DV, PTSD, and trauma to mood disorders and life transitions. Also, as a military veteran, I draw on my experience and understanding when working with veterans and their families.
