Hi there! My name is Sarah Audu and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Indiana. I received my Master's degree from the University of Southern Indiana. I have been practicing for six years, and I am passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves. I have a heart for serving others and I am excited to be on your team.
Hello,
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 25 years of experience in providing mental health treatment. I am based in Indiana. I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. My goal is to provide a safe and accepting environment to encourage individuals to be their authentic selves which will lead to long lasting change.
With decades of experience as an MSW and LCSW, I specialize in providing compassionate, client-centered therapy. My background in schools, hospitals, and private practice has equipped me with a deep understanding of diverse client needs. I utilize both talk and expressive therapy to help clients of all ages build resilience and improve their emotional well-being. My genuine passion is to partner with clients, working collaboratively on their terms to achieve their goals.
I'm Kelli Gary, MSW, LCSW. I am licensed in Indiana, Nevada, Colorado and Wyoming and obtained my degree from IUPUI in 2002. I also teach at the college level. I strive to set up a warm, safe environment for client and enjoy working with young adults up to older adults 18+. I specialize in anxiety and depression and I also enjoy working with individuals with vocational stress, life stress, parenting stress and ADHD. I know that feeling overwhelmed and out of control can be scary and frustrating and I strive to help you feel more yourself again and provide the tools for success. I provide tools and strategies to align with your goals. I work mostly with a CBT and Solution focused approach but also acknowledge that therapy is an individual process and needs flexibility in strategies as well.
I have a Doctorate in Psychology and am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I have been working as a therapist for over 16 years. I specialize in mood disorders, anxiety, trauma and LGBTQIA issues. I believe that therapy should be a safe place to talk about personal issues without any judgment. We all need someone to talk to and therapy provides that space where you can be yourself. We all go through some things from time to time and should be able allowed to talk with someone who is willing to listen and provide us with the support that we need.
I am Becky Hunt, and I have had my LCSW for the past 7 years. I have been practicing for 13 years, 6 of those in community mental health and 7 of those in my own private practice. I feel as if becoming a therapist is a calling for me. Having grown up with significant anxiety symptoms, an OCD diagnosis, and some painful eating-disorder issues have created in me an overwhelming desire to help others navigate through this tough world. I am not unfamiliar with conflict and how uncomfortable it can be for some and have found ways to be bold and assertive despite the discomfort and pain. I have a faith that helps me gain insight and perspective on a daily basis and love helping others with some of the same principals and beliefs that strengthen me. I also like to laugh, when I can, about the absurdities of life; I believe is humor is an often overlooked coping skill.
My name is Tyler J. Ellison and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the states of IN and NY and a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapist. I utilize solution focused, client driven methods to support clients to recognize facets of their ideal personal wellness and mindfulness based strategies to actualize these ideas. I utilize motivational interviewing, acceptance and commitment, trust based relational interventions, person centered, humanistic, existential, family centered treatment. I have been working with clients for 8 years with 5 years as a professional Clinician.

I am a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Indiana, holding a Master’s degree from Indiana University School of Social Work. With seven years of experience across hospitals, schools, and outpatient settings, I have had the privilege of supporting children, adolescents, and adults through a wide range of mental health challenges.

Anxious? Worried all the time? Having panic attacks? Well, you're not alone and I can help! In recent years, anxiety has become one of the most common mental health concerns out there and it can leave you distracted, breathless, overwhelmed and feeling out of control. Symptoms of general anxiety, panic disorders, health anxiety, OCD and PTSD can be difficult to navigate, especially when you feel alone and don't know where to start.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor, and a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional. I have been in the counseling field for almost 30 years. I've worked in private practice throughout that time but have also worked in the criminal justice and community mental health settings, helping people with anxiety, depression, and addictions.
I work primarily with adults using cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused therapy. I like helping people learn the neuroscience behind anxiety and build skills to manage it better. I love seeing people take back some of the power they feel they've lost to anxiety or helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel in depression or addiction. Taking the first step is one of the hardest, but things can feel better for you.
Greetings, I'm Dr. Michael Whiteside II. I'm an innovative mental health expert specializing in interpersonal relationships involving family, marital, peer, romantic, and occupational dynamics. My work involves assisting individuals and agencies in recognizing, dissecting, and understanding the mechanics and the impact that relationships have on individual satisfaction and overall fulfillment. I am a compassionate, communal, and comedic Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping others regain control of their life and living life to the fullest. Together, we will partner in helping you have a life worth living by understanding how the pain of the past is interrupting the present and jeopardizing the future.
I am a compassionate, thoughtful, and grounded provider who values creating a safe, supportive space where clients can feel seen, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in meeting people where they are while helping them move toward meaningful growth and healing at a pace that feels right for them. I believe every person has a unique path, and my role is to help illuminate possibilities, build on strengths, and support lasting change.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I also bring experience as a veterinary social worker, which has deepened my understanding of the emotional challenges that can come with caregiving, grief, loss, and life transitions. This background allows me to offer added compassion and support, especially for clients navigating the unique bond between humans and animals or the stress that can come with caring for a beloved pet.
With a warm and collaborative style, I strive to make therapy feel approachable, respectful, and genuinely connected to each client’s needs. I bring curiosity, care, and intention to my work, and I value helping clients navigate challenges while also reconnecting with their sense of self, purpose, and direction. My practice, Infinite Pathways, reflects my belief that there is more than one way forward, and that healing often begins when people feel supported in discovering what works best for them.
Hello! Do you feel overwhelmed? Do you feel there is a lack of purpose, fulfillment, and passion in your life? Do people in your life often have a tough time really getting what you are going through? Are you caught up in unhealthy patterns? I view therapy as a safe space for processing life experiences, emotions, thoughts, and trauma to achieve one’s goals and necessary growth. I specialize in collaborating with clients challenged with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, and chronic medical conditions.
My approach is individualized, client centered, and strength-based, as I believe clients are the experts of their lives and determine the direction of the therapeutic process. I believe in focusing on the strengths of each person and building from there. My goal is to help people live a happier and more fulfilling life by working through their challenges.

In addition to addiction recovery, I have extensive experience working with clients facing unresolved childhood trauma, anxiety, anger management, depression, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, marital concerns, and low self-esteem. I am Becka Oberle and I am a licensed Clinical social worker who has worked in the counseling field for 30 plus years. My approach to my work is very client centered but also engage person to person allowing my clients to feel more comfortable while still creating a therapeutic relationship and environment. I am goal focused and like to always I provide actions and tools for my clients so they are making continuous growth. I have used many tools in my career knowing not everyone connects in the same way and thinking outside the box is vital. In my career 3 of my dogs have worked with me as trained therapy dogs and one of my horses worked with me doing equine therapy. I look at each person as an individual and use their strengths and talents to help them learn to express and walk through life's struggles. I find not everyone is most comfortable with talking or writing so will encourage a client to use a drawing journal to express feelings when that is something they enjoy and feel more confident in using. I am a christian based counselor and will, at client request, use a faith based approach that can add an added support for the client. I am so blessed to have had this as my career and have worked with clients of all ages starting my career on the cancer center a Riley hospital for Children, moving to a locked unit with juvenile offenders ages 5-11, equine assisted therapy for at risk teens, to working with seniors in long term care or living at home. I am now doing my work from home making the progression as people have been given this as a source of support and allowing them to get help from home.

Mrs. Whiteside has worked in various mental health settings maintaining her unwavering focus on mothers and small children. As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.
Sometimes what we need most is a place where we can finally feel genuinely heard. I believe therapy is about more than only managing symptoms. It’s also about understanding yourself and making sense of the experiences and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and respond to the world around you. I aim to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel safe talking openly and feel comfortable being yourself.
Together, we’ll slow down and make sense of your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. We’ll work on recognizing patterns, considering new perspectives, and developing a better understanding of yourself without becoming defined by what you’re going through. From there, we’ll work toward meaningful change that feels authentic to you.

Life can be so challenging, and sometimes we can seem to lose our way – getting lost in the spinning, the confusion, the uncertainty. Emotions can feel like they spiral or swing so rapidly that it can feel difficult to find stable ground, let alone direction for our lives.
Maybe you have experienced this – that shift between anxiety & depression & irritability – that sense of feeling lost or struggling to see a way forward in your life.
Working with adults and seniors over the past 15 years, in inpatient settings, intensive outpatient treatment, and individual therapy, I am an empathetic ear and a believer that growth and change are always possible, no matter how lost we may feel.

I believe therapy should be a place where clients feel supported, understood, and challenged to grow. My approach is collaborative, direct, and goal-oriented. I work with clients to identify patterns that may be keeping them stuck, develop healthier coping skills, and build the life they want. I strive to create an environment where clients can be honest about their experiences without fear of judgment while also remaining accountable for the choices they make. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, or life transitions, I look forward to helping you move toward meaningful and lasting change.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Temple University and my Master of Social Work from Indiana University. With over 8 years of experience, I support individuals in managing anxiety, navigating depression, and healing from past trauma. My approach blends evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness with a spiritually grounded perspective. While therapy is rooted in clinical skill, I also create space for deeper connection—often integrating spiritual awareness into the work for those who are open to it. I believe healing is not just mental, but also deeply internal and, at times, spiritual.
Do you strive for inner peace, miss who you used to be? Do you find yourself struggling in current relationships or the future you set for yourself? What about expectations you thought you should be living up to but they are not happening? Do you find it hard to express your feelings without feeling the need to justify them? Do you find yourself indulging in certain addictions but don't know why. Are you losing a sense of self or your "why" in life? With my 20+ years of experience, I can adapt the best choice of therapy for you and help you find inner peace and together we can fight to overcome those internal struggles with daily life.
I believe together we can change our thoughts, feelings and behaviors so we can experience more positive outcomes in life. Happiness is something we create for ourselves. If you struggle with this I would like the opportunity to explore this with you and better help you understand why. Change starts from within, there is hope and together we can make that happen. I have a gentle but direct way of challenging yourself to help you work toward your inner peace. I provide a safe and secure environment to freely express yourself.

You may feel desperate, alone, and misunderstood. You feel like you are floating in the bottom of a lake and cannot see the light above you. Everyday, you feel like you are just going through the motions. If this describes you, then I may be the therapist for you. In my nearly twenty years of experience, I have helped people like you reach their potential and achieve the recovery that they needed. There is no set system or quick fix as others may promise, but I will walk down the road with you. My primary focus is on helping you deal with ambiguity. Often our thoughts and subsequently what we teach ourselves becomes rigid and fairly black and white. Using a pragmatic and authentic approach to therapy I try and help you be okay with things that are beyond your control and work with you to establish yourself as the protagonist in your own story. This is primarily accomplished through conversation and allowing you the client to guide the therapy in the direction it needs to go.
