About me

I’m a therapist who believes finding yourself is just as important as finding the right people. My practice focuses on helping teens and adults build healthier relationships, understand their patterns, set boundaries, and feel more confident in who they are. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can be real, feel supported, and figure things out without judgment.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what brought you in. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly where to start. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to work on, and what you hope to get from therapy. My goal is for you to feel comfortable, heard, and like you can truly be yourself.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I’m supportive, but I’m also honest. I’ll listen without judgment, ask the questions you may not want to answer, and help you look at things from a different perspective. I bring a little humor, a lot of empathy, and I’m not afraid to gently call you out when you’re settling or getting in your own way.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, disconnected, or unsure of what they want—whether that’s within a relationship or within themselves. They may be working through relationship struggles, communication, boundaries, or simply trying to find themselves again. I work best with clients who are open to exploring where they are, understanding their patterns, and making changes that feel right for them.

My treatment methods

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I help clients understand the patterns that show up in their relationships and how those patterns affect connection, communication, and trust. I focus on creating a space where clients can be honest about what they need while learning healthier ways to connect with their partner.

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

I use ACT to help clients slow down, figure out what really matters to them, and make choices that line up with the life and relationships they want. I especially use it when clients feel stuck, lost, or like they’ve lost themselves in a relationship.
