I want to meet a client where they are at, therefore where one wants to start. I am genuine and authentic and want to assist someone to get the help and resources they may need to be and feel better as a person overall. I enjoy teaching skills and am constantly learning new skills and techniques to be a better therapist. I also may push at times in order to assist one to explore further what it is they are experiencing.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I typically ask many questions about different life areas. I explore where one is at in order to grasp a well-rounded understanding and be able to direct the best treatment modality and style.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am easy to talk to, as I am nonjudgmental, I use humor at times to diffuse situations and prefer to build on what one is doing well and continue to move in that direction. I meet clients where they are at.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I am familiar with working with trauma and depression as well as clients struggling with anxiety. I am familiar with relationship struggles and figuring out life for oneself.
