My Journey to becoming a therapist began after a career in teaching and raising my three boys. My passion has always been working with children, but as a therapist, I have the ability to help people of all ages. I have a background in working with trauma, adoption, divorce, parent coaching, and the child welfare system, and I have experience working with young children, teens and adults. I specialize in working with children and families who are struggling with child behaviors, life circumstances, family dynamics, adult, relationships, or parent, child relationships, and seek greater connection, harmony, and resiliency in life.

I specialize in life challenges that trigger stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, and PTSD. Stress, pain, fear, and confusion are alarm clocks that beg to be heard and answered.
