I am a therapist who has helped individuals develop positive coping skills to overcome barriers that have kept them from reaching their goals in life. Those who come to my practice have felt welcomed and accepted in a non-judgmental environment. I often hear from my clients, (especially from men) that they wished that they had not postponed treatment after starting services with me. By actively listening to your concerns, worries, and issues that keeping you from your goals, you and I will get to work on overcoming those barriers.

James was very easy to talk to,,,,,,and he actually listened to what I needed to say. He seems to be a person who can relate and show he understands what I'm going through and wants to honestly help me. I already feel better just talking to him for an hour. Looking forward to our next session.
