About me

Do you ever feel like you’re giving so much, yet carrying it all alone and feeling unseen in the process? It’s exhausting to keep pushing through cycles of worry, self-doubt, or feeling “not enough.” You don’t have to face it alone. With 9+ years of experience supporting women, I offer a safe and compassionate space to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and life transitions, so you can feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with strength.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, and what you hope to achieve. This helps us start creating a plan tailored to your needs, in a space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported from the very beginning.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am a mental health therapist with a genuine passion for helping women feel empowered and live authentic, fulfilling lives. I understand the unique challenges women face, including anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem and body image struggles, relationship difficulties, and balancing work and personal life. My greatest strengths lie in creating a compassionate, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly heard. I work collaboratively to explore patterns, build resilience, and develop practical strategies that lead to meaningful, lasting change. If you are seeking a therapist who specializes in women's issues, I offer a respectful, affirming, and empowering therapeutic experience. I look forward to supporting you on your journey towards healing and personal growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work best with women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unseen in their daily lives. My clients often struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, or life transitions and want a safe, supportive space to process their emotions. They are ready to explore patterns that hold them back, develop healthier coping strategies, and build confidence, balance, and a stronger sense of self.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I have extensive experience using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) as a foundational approach in my clinical work. Trained in evidence-based practices, I have used CBT with clients across a wide range of presentations, including anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and stress-related issues. My approach emphasizes helping clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, develop more adaptive coping strategies, and engage in behavioral experiments to promote meaningful change. In practice, I tailor CBT interventions to each individual’s needs, often incorporating tools such as thought records, behavioral activation plans, and cognitive restructuring techniques. I also prioritize psychoeducation, ensuring that clients understand the rationale behind each intervention. When appropriate, I integrate mindfulness-based strategies and elements of third-wave CBT approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to address cognitive rigidity and promote psychological flexibility.
