Hello! I am Melany Quintero, Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. I'm bilingual. I have an Master’s in Social Work (MSW) and completed licensure in Clinical Social Work. I bring a strong educational and professional foundation to my work, specializing in treating mood disorders, stress, and anxiety, as well as helping clients navigate life-changing events, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My approach is rooted in evidence-based interventions, complemented by a commitment to offering compassionate support and sharing practical knowledge to empower my clients on their healing journey.
"Our first session is an opportunity to begin building a supportive and collaborative relationship. During this time, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy, discuss your personal history, and identify your goals for our work together. I’ll explain how the therapy process works, including what you can expect from our sessions, and answer any questions you may have. This initial meeting is also a chance for us to ensure that you feel comfortable and supported in this space. Together, we’ll set the foundation for a therapeutic journey tailored to your unique needs, helping you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and personal growth."
"My practice is rooted in over seven years of experience in the mental health field, during which I have cultivated a unique approach that blends warmth, compassion, and a clear focus on your goals. I strive to create an open, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and emotions authentically. My aim is to meet you where you are, providing thoughtful guidance and support as you navigate challenges and work toward meaningful growth. In our sessions, you’ll find an environment that honors your individuality and encourages you to embrace your true self while building the skills to thrive."
I love working with young professionals and adults that are struggling with anxiety, life transitions or trauma. My clients are eager to embrace the therapeutic process, recognizing the need for change and personal growth. While they are motivated to take the first steps, they often feel unsure about how to navigate the complexities of their challenges. They are looking for the right tools, strategies, and compassionate guidance to help them gain clarity, build resilience, and move toward lasting emotional well-being and fulfillment.

I had an excellent experience. From the very first moment, she made me feel safe and comfortable, which allowed me to openly talk about everything I was going through. She helped me understand the reasons behind many situations and, most importantly, stop blaming myself for things that were not my fault. I felt truly heard, supported, and much clearer after the session. I highly recommend her.
