Kim provides Individual Therapy and Couples(if approved by your insurance company) for mild to moderate issues, in the short-term(12-16 sessions), once per week via Person-Centered Therapy, Family Therapy, Reality Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Brief-Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness/Meditation, Yoga CBT, and other modalities as determined.
