I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who has worked with all ages ranging from 5-95. My approach is warm, down to earth, and strengths focused. I like to help clients build insight, find healthier ways of coping, and feel more satisfaction and control in their everyday life. My passion is working with teens and adolecents, but my experience with many different populations gives me unique insight.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
During our first session, my main goal is to get to know my client and help them feel comfortable in the therapeutic space. I use a a warm, conversational style and focus on building trust from the start.

I use a strengths-based approach along with evidenced-based practices to help clients meet their goals and acknowledge their resilence and commitment to change.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I enjoy working with adolecsents primarily, however, I am open to all ages of clients. I help my clients cope with anger, depression, anxiety, and major life transitions.
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use CBT to help individuals identify patterns that keep them stuck, develop healthier mental habits, and gather insight into how their thoughts impact emotions and behaviors.
Grief Therapy
When working with grief, I like to create a space where healing and pain can coexist. My goal is to support clients in feeling safe to process complicated emotions and finding small steps toward healing.
Mindfulness-Based Therapy
I use mindfulness principles and techinques to teach clients to develop awareness of their thoughts and emotions, reduce anxiety and improve well-being.
Solution Focused Brief Treatment
I use solution-focused therapy to improve problem solving skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, attaiable goals.
