Feeling exhausted from carrying the weight of parenting, family responsibilities, and your own emotional needs? You're not alone. I specialize in supporting burnt-out moms, children, and teens through trauma-informed therapy that helps families reduce stress, improve communication, heal from difficult experiences, and reconnect with their strengths. I became a therapist because I am passionate about helping people heal from difficult experiences, build resilience, and feel more connected to themselves and others. Having navigated my own journey of healing and personal transformation, I feel deeply honored to walk alongside others as they discover their own strength.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and the first session is simply a chance for us to connect. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you'd like support with, and what you hope to gain from therapy—all in a comfortable, judgment-free space. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am compassionate, insightful, approachable, and easy to connect with. I strive to create a warm, safe, collaborative, and judgment-free environment where clients feel welcomed and supported exactly as they are. My therapy space is neurodiversity-affirming, sensory-friendly, flexible, and grounded in authenticity, connection. A significant focus of my work is helping clients process and heal from traumatic experiences using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also integrate CBT and other evidence-based approaches to fit each individual's needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

My ideal client is a child, teen, or adult who is ready to begin the healing process and is looking for compassionate, practical support to improve their mental health. They may be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or struggling to cope with life's challenges, but they are motivated to make positive changes. My clients are ready to create meaningful change and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together, we'll identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to help you cope with life's challenges and create lasting positive change.

EMDR

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy focuses on your strengths and the solutions that can help you move forward rather than dwelling on problems. We'll work together to set meaningful goals and build on what is already working in your life. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) EMDR is a therapy approach designed to help people process and heal from distressing or traumatic experiences. Using guided bilateral stimulation, EMDR can reduce the emotional impact of painful memories so they become less overwhelming and easier to manage.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

Person-Centered Therapy provides a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we'll build on your strengths to support personal growth and healing.

Somatic

Somatic Therapy recognizes the connection between the mind and body, helping you become more aware of how stress, trauma, and emotions are held physically. Through gentle body-based techniques and mindfulness, we'll work together to help you regulate your nervous system, release tension, and support emotional healing.
