Hi, my name is Morgan. Do you ever feel that your life is nothing but a big puzzle and that some pieces are missing? You are not quite sure how to find those pieces. And if you do, you don't know where they fit. So you look for someone to help you find the pieces and hopefully, put them where they should go. It's not always an easy, but once completed, you feel whole. I was there once. At the age of 21, I decided to leave the U.S. and travel abroad by myself for 6 months. Then it was off to Central America. My eyes were wide open! I loved to experience different cultures. And my curiosity for differences never went away. A college mentor told me about the field of social work. So I got my MSW and thus began a new career. After years of working in the field and at various occupations, I decided to join DOD and become a Clinical Social Worker for the Navy. After 14 years of government work, I went into private practice. Now I'm here and I love it! It isn't everyone who can love what they do and do what they love. I'm waiting to hear from you; excited to hear your story and maybe share a little bit of mine so we can connect and build a rapport. You are the center of this journey and it is a humbling experience for me to be a part of it. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi there, I am Charly.
As a clinical therapist, I admire your willingness to seek therapy support. I want to offer understanding, and empathic emotional support to assist anyone experiencing emotional distress.
Most people tend to suffer silently in their heads, or minds, due to conscious or subconscious, self-blame, shame, or guilt feelings as they seem to feel helpless. Individuals experiencing acute emotional distress due to mental health conditions often fail to realize that unresolved, deep internal pain or heartache is silently triggering their emotional distress.
One school of talk therapy called, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), proposes that the lack of the capacity for "Psychological Flexibility" and our brain's default, or Survival Mode functioning the instinctual responses of "Flight or Flight," as required for human survival.
As, your therapist, I am willing to support you in exploring your difficulty or distress and examine the mental barriers or psychological blinders causing you to feel internally conflicted and stuck. Some of my past and current clients tell me that "my ability to relate to them with an open mind and withholding personal judgment and a solution-focused perspective," helps them to feel at ease and connect with me and my style of therapy.
I follow an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from academic learning, experiential knowledge, and over 30 years of practicing experience using evidence-based treatment modalities based on scientific literature and up-to-date neuroscience research. I have training and experience in the following major treatment modalities such as CBT, REBT, SFBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and specifically to deal with trauma, a newer form of Rapid Eye Movement Therapy (Accelerated Resolution Therapy).
As a therapist, my commitment is to help my clients explore their needs and goals so they can discover what might be holding them back from a fulfilled life, providing the tools needed to navigate life's challenges. I specialize in CBT (Cognitive behavioral therapy) which offers insight into one's thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is to provide a safe and healing therapeutic space. I challenge my clients to unlock their strengths, develop life skills, and achieve desired outcomes while fostering growth and empowerment to help facilitate each person's unique journey.
Hi, I’m Lilliam Pastora, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 6 years of experience helping adults navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I support clients in building insight, strengthening coping skills, and reconnecting with their values—so they can move through difficult seasons with more clarity, confidence, and self-compassion.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, and eating disorders, and I also enjoy working with men around topics like emotional regulation, identity, relationships, and personal growth. My goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood while learning practical tools to support healing and long-term wellbeing.
I have 12 years of clinical experience working with teens, young adults and adults. In addition to working with common mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, etc., I have broader experience working with children of divorce, trauma, grief and LGBTQAI+ populations.
We all have a fundamental need to feel known, cared for and understood and I am honored to have a career in which I can be that person for others. The therapeutic process is hard to explain and better to be experienced. As we feel known, cared for and understood by not only another but with time, ourselves, it’s a special kind of magic that can bring about deep healing and shifts.
A little bit about me; I was born and raised in Miami, Florida and have also lived in Boston, Massachusetts and Boulder, Colorado. I am now back home, married and a mother of two wild and wonderful boys. Some things that I love are music, nature, hidden gems, good food, deep talks, movies, a good workout, and adventure!
If you're a millennial or Gen-Z navigating the rollercoaster of life, you're in the right place! This stage of life can feel overwhelming, especially with all the intense emotions, life transitions, and relationship complexities we face. I get it – I've been there too. That's why I specialize in creating a space fostering safety, insight and empowerment to achieve the goals that you're aspiring for.
As a relational therapist, I believe that healing happens best through connection and the ability to be your authentic self. Together, in our sessions, we will dig into what's happened in the past and what's going on now, working to uncover how it shows up in your body and your relationships.
We'll explore those intense emotions, family dynamics, and complex feelings that you're struggling to understand and communicate. Processing in therapy isn't only verbal, so I enjoy using activities you're interested in to help you feel motivated and grounded. What's important to me is helping you find your way back to yourself and the connections that matter most, with quality time and good company.
I enjoy connecting with others through my interests in cooking, baking, and hosting social gatherings. As a fellow creative, culinary arts and photography are additional focuses in my studies aside from mental health. I aspire to help other creatives break through their mental blocks, reconnect with their passions and find inspiration in their craft again!

I am speaking directly to the genuine, successful women out there. The ones that teeter between I deserve a good relationship to what's wrong with me? The ones that time and time again keep finding themselves in the same place, wanting more for yourself, but unsure just why its not happening for you or what that is. Everyone tells you, that you are a great catch, yet you find yourself attracting these relationships where you are pretending to be someone you are not or just accepting what someone else will give. Or maybe for whatever reason change happened-divorce, kids go off to college and now what? My name is Tawny, I have 25 years experience as a mental health counselor and I have a road map let's start!

I've been blessed to have wonderful professional positions throughout my career (see roderickhaferphd.com). Most recently I was Vice-Chair of the Psychiatry Department at the University of Wisconsin. I enjoy working with all client presentations and believe that the "connection" with those I treat is critical to therapy success. I think a 15 to 30 minute free consultation would be the best approach to determine "our fit" in working together.

I am a licensed psychotherapist who believes the most important catalyst for change is the relationship between therapist and client. My goal is to partner with you to reach your desired goals in a therapeutic environment. We will take the necessary steps together to foster positive change while creating individual strategies for self-empowerment.
I have been trained in EMDR therapy which is a theory based on the belief that our brains have a natural system for processing information and experiences so that we can keep what we need for wisdom, learning, and growth. Sometimes disturbing experiences overwhelm the processing system, or we don't have the information we need for our brains to make sense of what happened in a healthy way. EMDR uses eye movements and other right-left stimulation to activate your brain's processing system so you can successfully process the experience and let go of what's not useful to you.
I believe our past effects our present and future- both in adaptative and maladaptive ways. I would be honored to be a part of your journey to inner peace, self-love, and fulfillment.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty.
Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s
Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused
on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care
deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the
healing power of being truly witnessed.
In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic,
narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship
itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning,
connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.

Hello!
My name is Alysa Gregory, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I grew up in a small city in Michigan and moved to Florida in 2015, where I obtained my Master’s Degree and Licensure in Clinical Social Work.
I have always had a passion for practicing as a therapist, and the reason is simple; I believe that all human beings are and were created equally and ultimately are all in search of the same thing in life, happiness. It took me some time before I chose to pursue a career in mental health and many hours, days and years of exploring my inner most being, before I knew that this field was for me. I have spent a lot of time exploring the behaviors, feelings and emotions of others, along with getting to know myself and learning to be in tune with my inner most self. I truly believe this has helped me become the best therapist I can be. I pride myself on continuing to grow and learn as a mental health professional, as we all know the world is constantly and rapidly changing and shifting directions. It is important to me as a therapist that I consistently check in with myself to be sure that I am providing the very best services to my clients/patients at all times.
I am truly here to serve my clients and I am one hundred percent committed to the well-being of each individual I serve. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and to become a part of your life journey.

I integrate EMDR, somatic therapy, and nervous system-based approaches to help you process difficult experiences and shift patterns that no longer serve you. Hi! My name is Noor. I am warm, empathic, perceptive, and wise. I have worked with a diverse range of clients for over half a decade, helping them each to find a pathway towards healing and wholeness. For each person, this has looked different, whether it's processing deep heartbreak, learning to forgive one's self or another, overcoming depression or anxiety, discovering one's core sense of worth, unearthing a buried sense of power, learning to say “No”, finding one's voice (again), upgrading to healthy coping mechanisms, healing from trauma (moderate or mild), or transcending self-sabotage. We each have our own afflictions and unique "cross to bear”, and I can help you feel less alone in holding yours. Specifically, I specialize in supporting clients struggling with worth, grief, belonging, feeling "othered", emptiness, assertiveness, relationship & communication challenges, religious or God wounds, spiritual bypass, burnout & soul weariness, managing chronic health issues, and inner child work. I attune to each client's individual needs and personalize my service to meet you exactly where you are. My approach is human and relational and feels inviting rather than clinical or formulaic. My orientation considers the whole mind-body-spirit connection as well as the emotions. Also, I carry a depathologizing lens. I do not see anyone as beyond repair or as a “lost cause”. I see all people as having access to inherent wellbeing and wholeness.
i there, first off, I want to start by saying how fantastic it is that you are considering therapy. I know that first step to get help can take a massive effort! I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where clients feel they are able to open up. Every individual is different, so tools used in therapy will based off your individual needs! Currently I am working with and group agency to provide in person and telehealth services.
I have extensive history working with those suffering from addiction and co-occurring disorders. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR), Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I love drawing from multiple backgrounds/trainings to be able to assist individual needs.
Whether you are new to therapy, a therapy expert, or in between - I would love to meet with you. I believe the client-therapist rapport and connection is essential for any therapeutic relationship. That is why I strive to create a comforting and welcoming experience for all the clients I work with. Change is scary - therapy should not have to be.

I specialize in couples' work, collaborative treatment for anxiety and depression, family systems issues (change, divorce, caregiving), women's issues, and working with individuals and families who have experienced cognitive impairment, trauma, and illness/bereavement issues.
I am trained in hypnotherapy, CBT, EMDR, CISM, mindfulness, and I most recently became a CIMHP (Certified Integrative Mental Health Practitioner).
I am also a Certified Alzheimer’s Level I and II Trainer through the University of South Florida, providing dementia-specific training and support to family caregivers as well as healthcare professionals.
Hello, I’m a bilingual Marriage and Family Therapist with over 7 years of experience. I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, understanding the challenges that arise from navigating different perspectives and references.
I help clients address a variety of issues, including anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, addiction, and codependency, supporting them in achieving lasting change and recovery. My approach focuses on creating a therapeutic space centered around reflection, honesty, and emotional safety, where we can work together to overcome obstacles and reach your goals.
Through the therapeutic relationship, I aim to create a safe space for deep listening and reflection, where we can explore how our connections with others, and experiences from our past, continue to shape our lives and decisions.

Hi! My name is Monica. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your journey to healing. My approach to counseling is to provide encouragement, positivity, and support to develop the tools, education, and strength necessary to move forward in life's biggest challenges. It is very important to me to understand challenges in an unbiased, non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic way.
I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2012. I graduated from the University of Florida with a bachelor in Psychology and a minor in General Education. Then, I went on to receive a Dual Master's degree in counseling (Mental Health and School Counseling) from Webster University.
I know what it’s like to feel trapped by emotional pain. After losing my mom in 2005 I embarked on a journey through grief that made me the person I am today. The grief will stay with me forever, but I now have life lessons that I’ve learned because of it. I am here to help you. It’s often hard to admit that you are struggling and even harder to ask for help. You will never “get over” the person you lost, but you will find a way to work through the pain and eventually it will fade and become more manageable. I’m living proof of that.
I’ve been a licensed mental health counselor for more than 15 years, and I’ve spent my career helping my clients work through grief, cope with postpartum depression and anxiety, and find coping skills that work to decrease stress and anxiety. You don’t have to feel this way anymore. I can help when you feel like you are drowning in pain, and together we will navigate the journey to happiness.
I look forward to helping you heal!
