Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Masters from Argosy University have been practicing for 7 years, licensed for 3 years. I aim to help adolescents (ages 13-17) and adults (18-65+) struggling with mental health and emotional challenges, problematic behaviors, and stressors with additional benefits of increasing insight and awareness to the mental health population.

Having worked with adolescents and adults from various populations, I feel my personality and genuineness has served my ability to meet an individual where they are to help bring them up.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I love working with young professionals who are in the first few years of their careers. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers.
Integrative
In order to help someone, I've learned to meet them on their level! With that perspective, my approach is tailored for the individual with use of strategies and skills pulled from various methods.

It's the best feeling talking to some one Who you can talk to about anything and before you know it hours have past by without realizing it. I am grateful for the safe non judgemental environment Mrs.Aqua gave me to be able to Speak and introduce myself and explain why I started looking to go back to therapy as an adult and she gave me a hopeful second opinion about therapy .
