Hi, I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of experience. I Graduated with my master's in science at Nova Southeastern University. I am licensed in the state of Florida. I am a certified trauma informed yoga teacher who uses somatic therapy to help clients reIieve stress, manage anxiety, alleviate chronic pain and find mind body balance. I have worked with Individuals who need help managing stress, anxiety and depression. I help them learn strategies that help them feel better and lead better lives.
In our first session together, we will start with brief introductions, then dive into specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in the follow-up sessions.
Having worked as a therapist for over 20 years, I have discovered some practical steps to help clients heal their emotional wounds and start feeling good about themselves. I believe practicing self-love, self-care and self-compassion are keys to making positive changes in your life.
I love working with people of any age that want to make a difference in their lives. I am a facilitator and guide through this journey called life. We all go through ups and downs in this life, and we all need guidance and support along the way. I am here to help individuals who are on the journey to heal and transform their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
I use Cognitive Behavioral therapy to help my clients change unhelpful or unhealthy ways of thinking, feeling, and behaving. I teach practical self-help strategies that are designed to improve the quality of the client's life. I use CBT as an effective way to treat depression and anxiety. CBT aims to stop negative cycles such as depression and anxiety by breaking down things that make clients feel bad, scared and anxious. CBT help clients make problems more manageable. CBT can help change clients negative thought patterns and improve the way they feel.

I think we brought me to this provider is the fact that she has 21 years of experience, and I felt like she could relate to my traumas. After this, my first session, all went well, and I will be returning back to her.
