I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor, psychotherapist, and psychoanalyst with over 27 years of experience in psychotherapeutic treatment. I offer therapy in Spanish to individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, insecurity, and self-esteem issues, among others. I have supported people facing difficulties and feelings of loneliness related to migration and grief. Additionally, I work with pregnant women experiencing infertility or in the postpartum stage.
People who attend my consultation will have the opportunity to ask themselves questions and discover healthy ways to manage what worries them, reduce feelings of anxiety and sadness, and improve their relationships with themselves and others. They will also be able to develop coping skills that help them handle everyday situations more effectively. It is important for individuals to ask questions and find healthy alternatives to deal with their concerns, lessen feelings of anxiety and sadness, and connect better with themselves and others. Additionally, participants can develop coping skills that enable them to deal better with day-to-day challenges.
