Welcome!
I believe that hard times create strong people. I offer an inclusive, safe, and nonjudgmental space to transform struggle into clarity, resilience, and empowered action. I provide therapy for adults navigating ADHD, Anxiety, Depression, Stress as well as a variety other conditions.
I offer a space that is considerate and respectful, but also open and receptive, where you can speak and be heard, and where missing the mark is only another chance to understand each other. If you are searching for something more— more clarity, grounding, or a way to arrange the fragments—and you are willing to be vulnerable, to be known, this is your invitation.
Hi, I’m Melissa,
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in children and teens as well as adult individual psychotherapy.
I consider myself an eclectic psychotherapist who uses the theory of Carl Rogers and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for relaxation, client-centered, and symptom reduction.
I am trained as a depth and somatic psychotherapist. I specialize in holistic body-mind approaches to symptom reduction and resolving trauma.
I am highly experienced in counseling children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a mental health crisis. I love to support clients in their growth and healing.
As a solution-focused therapist, my passion is to help individuals and families dive deep, learn how to communicate their needs and achieve their individual and relational goals.
Hi, my name is Ariane and I am a California-based LCSW. Outside of therapy, I love being active to stay sane including running and hiking, as well as crocheting when I'm inside! I've always got a a novel I'm working my way through as well.
I earned my Masters at the University of Illinois but returned to my home-state to further my career. I've been licensed for 4 years, but have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I provide a safe space for clients to work through their struggles without judgement and guiding clients toward their goals. I meet clients where they are at and work together while providing an outside perspective and psycho-education as needed.
Hi! I am an eclectic therapist. I tend to pull different methods from different theoretical modalities (e.g. Cognitive Behavioral, Client-Centered, Gestalt, Solution-Focused, and more) because I do not believe in a One Size Fits All for therapy. Different people work in different ways. I am flexible and like to learn more about each client before deciding on specific ways to work with them and follow their lead.
I like to use humor and make clients smile. I believe it is important to focus on strengths and will provide suggestions/assign homework.
Hello - I am an LCSW serving the adult population in the state of California. I earned my MSW degree from San Jose State University and have been licensed for 12 years. I work with clients from a strength based perspective and offer knowledge/skills to support in increasing functioning and efficacy. I believe in mindfulness practices and making the most of each moment thus moving away from depressive and anxious thoughts. I also excel in increasing self esteem/compassion and improving relationships to self and others. I hope to see you on my schedule and look forward to working with you!
PLEASE NOTE: I specialize in Gerontology.
I believe in empowering older adults by fostering independence, resilience and sense of identity. Aging is a journey that should be met with dignity, respect, and opportunities for growth. By actively listening, providing tailored support, and encouraging self-determination, I can help older adults maintain their autonomy and confidence. Resilience is nurtured through meaningful connections, purposeful activities, and a focus on strengths rather than limitations. I am committed to honoring an individual's experiences, celebrating their uniqueness, and creating environments where people feel valued and capable. I challenge stereotypes about aging and promote a vision of later life filled with possibility and fulfillment.
Hi! I'm a licensed MFT based in Pasadena, CA (but practicing via Telehealth.) I received my masters from the University of Southern California in 2014 and cut my teeth working with young people and their families around LA. My education, training and experience have taught me more than just how to treat relationship issues, emotional disorders, and behavioral problems; I'm also acutely aware of the cultural contexts that shape my clients. I practice from a lens that is social justice-oriented, anti-racist, and affirming of all identities, and recognize that systemic issues like discrimination, racism, and oppression significantly impact mental health. I am comfortable treating many issues, but specialize in working with ADHD, "people pleasing," the "inner critic," and parenting.

Hi, I'm Betty, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges in a supportive, compassionate, and judgment-free environment. My practice is centered on building genuine connections and providing personalized care, empowering clients to better understand themselves, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change while fostering resilience, confidence, and hope for the future.
My approach is flexible, client centered, and utilizes mindfulness-based interventions at every point of the journey towards healing. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each specific client. Tenets of CBT, DBT, & solution focused approaches are always incorporated. The depth oriented approaches, such as psychoanalysis, are also integrated to facilitate transformative therapeutic engagements. We will initially work on building safety and trust, which is the base of any successful therapy.

Are your emotions working against you; controlling you, keeping you from experiencing the relationships and the life that you want for yourself? Are you trapped inside your mental health diagnosis? So many mental health challenges are rooted in past events and in fears of the future. How would you feel if past events didn't have a hold on your thoughts/feelings/actions in a negative way? How would it feel to be in charge of your responses to thoughts and feelings?
I work with folks experiencing mild to moderate mental health challenges. My approach to therapy is individualized to you, as I utilize interventions from multiple theoretical orientations to fit your desired outcomes. I provide an emotionally safe space for sharing your truth. Let me sit beside you as you journey to yourself.

Hi, I'm Dr. Holly Siegrist, and I am a psychologist licensed in California with 17 years of experience. I take a strength-based approach, and I work with clients on spirituality and meaning making, creativity, dream analysis, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, stress related to disability and other discrimination, grief, chronic illness, losses, and life change. My interests are in social justice, coping with discrimination, health and wellness, and resilience. My therapy style is warm and welcoming. I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, and providing a safe space to listen to clients.
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology with Specialization in Existential, Humanistic, and Transpersonal Psychology from Saybrook University. I also hold a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, an M.S. in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, an M.A. in Disability, Health and Illness from the University of Leeds, and bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Comparative History of Ideas from the University of Washington, Seattle. I specialize in dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy.
What drew me to therapy was my interest in social justice work while I was attending the University of Washington, and did peer counseling with students. I have always been interested in helping people, I enjoy hearing people’s stories, and I also find that in the therapeutic process I learn more about myself. Through my therapy journey I have gained much experience in working with diverse people. In addition, during my time at Saybrook University, I received training in spiritual approaches in therapy, and dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy. I'm glad you are moving towards living a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you so you can empower yourself on your journey of transformation.
Hi! I am an imperfect human first, therapist second. You will feel and experience my authenticity and heart in our work together. This a journey that we are embarking on and it will be based off of safety, joy, and connection. I have about 9 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and am finishing up my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology.
My passion includes supporting clients to embody more of who they truly are and find rest in their imperfection. I specifically work with high performers, creatives, and/or go getters who desire to be their best self but find themselves struggling with "getting there". I work with those who may struggle with the following: self-doubt, people-pleasing, shame, guilt, overthinking, stress, anxiety, control, codependency, and perfectionism.
I love walking alongside people at every stage of life, from young adolescents figuring out big emotions for the first time, to parents working toward reunification with their children, to older adults facing the realities of long-term illness. Wherever you're starting from, I want you to feel like you have a steady, supportive partner in your corner.
My work is shaped by years spent supporting families through reunification, teenagers navigating overwhelming emotions, and older adults managing chronic illness. I bring that same steady presence to every client I work with, no matter where you're starting from.
Hello, my name is Jaqueline Contreras. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University in 2022. Since then, I have been working with Ventura County, providing mental health services to low- income families.
I have experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults across a variety of emotional and behavioral concerns. As a bilingual therapist from a Hispanic background, I am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive and compassionate care. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I bring a compassionate, collaborative approach to my work. My Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University Los Angeles included a specialization in the Psychology of Trauma, which informs my practice. I work with individuals of all ages as they navigate challenges such as substance use and addiction, relationship and family struggles, trauma—both past and present—workplace stress, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, and other difficulties. My aim is to provide a safe, supportive space where your experiences are met with respect and understanding.
Hello! My name is Natasha and I have had the pleasure of helping people with life transitions for 30 years. I am passionate about helping people through the trials and tribulations of life and helping them find the strengths that are often already within. I use a systems based approach, considering all factors that may be impacting a person in crisis - whether that be individual, family, peers, community, work, school, gender, substance use, culture, or social media influences - to help them find a more fulfilling way to live.
My therapy style is eclectic borrowing from many different schools of thought as best fits my clients' needs. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques for a shorter, solution-focused treatment such as for anxiety or depression. I use a more psychodynamic approach for lengthier and more complex issues such as trauma. I am client-centered and very relational in my interactions.
Some of my guiding principles include Unconditional Positive Regard, harm reduction, kindness and compassion above all. And of course, always a healthy dose of humor which can be found in even the darkest of times.
I look forward to joining you on your journey to a healthier and happier self.
Hi, I strive to help you clarify and achieve your goals. I am trained and experienced in a variety of evidence-based practices, allowing me to tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. My goal is to support you in elevating, healing, and integrating different aspects of your life into a harmonious whole.
My name is Chiwoo. I enjoy working with individuals who struggle with overthinking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. As a recovering people-pleaser myself, I understand the challenge of being your authentic self while trying to meet other people's expectations. In therapy, I combine evidence-based approaches with my own healing journey to help you feel less alone, build self-trust, and live with more confidence.

I use a compassionate, non- judgmental, understanding, strength based approach by acknowledging and welcoming your whole person, body, mind, and spirit. I can help one understand who they are? where they've been? and how they can move forward in their life.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping people feel more grounded, confident, and supported. Hi, I’m Alessandra. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and EMDRIA Certified Therapist™ with 11 years of experience supporting teens and adults throughout California.
Many of the people I work with are used to holding everything together. You may be the person others rely on, the one who notices what everyone needs, keeps the peace, and pushes through even when you’re anxious, exhausted, or unsure of yourself. Asking for help, setting limits, or figuring out what you need may feel less familiar.
I primarily use EMDR to help you work through experiences that continue to affect how you feel about yourself, relate to others, or respond to situations today. EMDR combines working with memories and emotions with guided eye movements, alternating sounds, or tapping. I also draw from CBT, mindfulness, and parts work to help you find tools you can use in daily life.
My style is warm, collaborative, and flexible. I take time to listen and understand you, and I welcome honest feedback about what is and isn’t helping. Therapy with me can include deeper work as well as space for what has been difficult that week. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and work toward releasing some of the pressure you’ve been carrying, trusting yourself more, and making room for your own needs.
Private-pay information: I am currently accepting new clients through Grow on a private-pay basis only. If you add active insurance to your Grow account after booking, Grow cannot switch your account back to private pay. Because I am not accepting new insurance-based clients through Grow, we may be unable to begin or continue working together, and I can help you explore referrals to providers who accept your plan.
Hi, I’m Brittnay. I am a licensed therapist providing culturally grounded, intersectional mental health support across California. As a Black, queer practitioner, my practice is rooted in the belief that healing happens when you can bring your entire, authentic self into the room. Navigating a world that often demands compliance can be exhausting. That is why I offer an unapologetic, trauma-informed space where your lived experiences as a QTBIPOC individual are not just understood, but honored. Together, we will work through life’s complexities without you ever needing to explain your basic identity. Whether you are looking to process minority stress, heal from trauma, or navigate relationships, I am here to walk alongside you. You do not have to do this work alone. Let's build a space where you can feel deeply seen, safe, and supported.
As your therapist, I strive to facilitate a connection with you built on trust, safety, and honesty. I utilize empathy and compassion to help my client reach their goals and support them. I have been a therapist for 5 years, working with people of all ages. I utilize all forms of therapy including individual and couples therapy to help you meet your needs as best as possible.
I’m here to honor you and your life, listen with my heart, guide with my wisdom, and support you as you need. As a team, we will create a life filled with happiness, joy, love, and purpose for you. Throughout my 30 years of therapy, I have helped hundreds of clients and have learned many ways of helping you make the changes you have been hoping for.
Seeking support takes courage, and I want to acknowledge that. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty, daily pressures, or exploring your identity or relationships, I strive to provide a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space where your experiences are honored and met with curiosity and compassion.
Many people begin therapy because life has left them feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—whether through prolonged stress, trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions. Together, we’ll work to resolve long-standing patterns, untangle internal conflicts, build practical coping skills, and reconnect you with a sense of clarity, meaning, vitality, and resilience.
I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and life transitions, with a particular focus on operational and academic stress. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 14 years in Human Resources supporting SF Bay Area technology companies and a law school, giving me firsthand insight into workplace dynamics, leadership challenges, and academic pressures.
I work with people navigating life’s challenges and transitions, including those balancing significant responsibilities at home, at work, in academic settings, or in service to others. This includes first responders and professionals in healthcare, mental health, education, public safety, and the justice system.
I support LGBTQ+ individuals, people exploring gender, sexuality, or identity, and individuals from diverse relationship structures, including polyamorous and other consensually non-monogamous relationships. I also welcome creative professionals, college and graduate students, and older adolescents (16+) preparing for graduation, college, career paths, and other important life transitions.

To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.
My therapy approach is always non judgmental, attuned, and integrates active listening as well as unconditional positive regard. In addition, my multicultural personal and professional backgrounds allow me to work with a variety of cultures. Also, I try my best to meet the client where they are and learn where it is they want to be/go in life. This allows me to assist them in accomplishing the aforementioned in compassionate, authentic, and realistic ways. I am big on psychoeducation and insight driven change and or healing. Although emotional regulation based and emotion focused therapy are integrated into my clinical style, I do not utilize them in therapy without cognitive processing, cognitive behavioral, and or acceptance based modalities as well. This is because our beliefs, automatic thoughts, perceptions of ourselves and others play a role in our mental health just as much as our emotional experiences associated with them, they are interconnected.

I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy, which allows me to draw on multiple theories and interventions such as process-oriented therapies, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology to individualize treatment for the clients I serve.

With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds through a wide range of mental health challenges. My clinical focus includes working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, attachment-related issues, adjustment disorders, and substance use. I am trained in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic environment that fosters growth and resilience.
I bring empathy, insight, and clinical skills, to the therapeutic process. I help clients struggling with stress/anxiety, depression, relationship or family issues, life transitions, learning disabilities, career struggles, and grief.
I interact with clients in their growth process by increasing awareness of the source of their distress, implementing new ways of thinking to positively affect their experiences and helping them learn healthier coping responses in their life.
Seeking therapy is a courageous choice, and I will join you in this endeavor by using an integrative and interactive approach to help you gain insight into your processes and live a more enjoyable life.

Hi, I’m Angie.
Are you ready to make some positive changes that will improve your life? Maybe you’re suffering from depression, or anxiety is imposing limitations on how you live your life. Your journey and the life experience that led you here can be complicated, multidimensional, and diverse. I believe the approach to your psychotherapy should be as dynamic as you are and shouldn’t be limited to a “one theory fits all” methodology. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
Hi there! I’m Monica, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. I’m so glad you’re here, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support and make space for your own healing and growth.
Life can feel challenging, unpredictable, and overwhelming at times. You may be feeling stuck, held back by fear, worry, sadness, insecurity, or the sense that you are not living as fully as you would like. Therapy can be a supportive place to better understand your thoughts and emotions, build healthy coping skills, and begin feeling more grounded, empowered, and at ease. My approach is integrative and compassionate, honoring the connection between physical, spiritual, and mental well-being as you work toward becoming the best version of yourself. I welcome adults from all backgrounds, and I especially enjoy supporting young adults, and women from diverse cultural communities who are navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other women’s issues. I know that reaching out for help can feel difficult, which is why I strive to create a warm, caring, and safe space where trust can grow. I believe meaningful change is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
