I am a licensed clinical social worker who loves to work with people and help them to live their best life while learning how to view themselves in the world differently. I provide skills to help them manage negative thoughts and emotions, improve relationships and communicate more effectively. I offer a supportive, encouraging space for people to share their innermost thoughts and not feel judged and feel heard. I use an integrative treatment approach as I do not think one modality is best for everyone. I work with diverse clients such as teen, young adults, couples, families and first responders.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first session, I will get to know you and start to build a relationship with you. I will ask you questions about your history and what bringing you to therapy. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space for you to talk freely and discuss your expectations for therapy and goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have a lot of Empathy and training,. I am open-minded, and objective. I treat everyone as an individual and I meet you where you are at.
