Hi I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Associate Substance Counselor in the state of Arizona. I have been practicing for 15 years I help those struggling with substance abuse issues including gambling addiction. I also work with those with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and Bipolar disorder. I have worked in prisons juvenile facilities and communty based mental health clinics. I have worked with those needing DUI claasses and domestic violence classes.

I have been clean and sober for twenty years from substances and gambling. I have worked with many types of clients addicts and alcoholics, gambling addicts, inmates adult and juvenile ones. Domestic violence perpatrators, DUI groups, juvenile sex offenders, 9 years in a community based mental health clinic with every type of client.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

• Description: I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past 15 years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge reoccurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy

Look at the 3 musts of REBT or peoples irrational beliefs that help them create disturbed feelings and actions which consist of absolutistic shoulds, oughts, and people denigtating thoughts

I use Positive Psychology to study the science of gratitude, happiness, flourishing, and flow. I explain how positive has created logo therapy which has created MADD and meaning in peoples lives.
