Hi, I’m Dr. Jessica Katt! My private practice, SoulPrint Integrative Wellness, focuses on helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/bereavement, and women’s health issues. Healing is a collaborative process, and I am dedicated to working alongside you as you navigate life's challenges.

In practice since 2006 I bring both extensive professional experience and a heartfelt understanding of how deeply trauma can affect our lives. To support holistic healing my approach integrates EMDR, CBT, and somatic/neuropsychological strategies that bridge the mind-body connection.

In practice since 2006 (independently licensed for past 10 years), I bring both extensive professional experience and a heartfelt understanding of how deeply trauma can affect our lives. My goal as your therapist is to help you uncover your inherent strengths, cultivate practical tools, and build the skills needed to achieve your goals. I look forward to partnering with you on your path to wellness.

First session

In our first session, we will complete an initial assessment, explore your goals, and map out a tailored approach integrating the treatment approaches mentioned above. After these steps are completed we will begin to work on examining how your thoughts impact your emotions, process trauma in the mind and body, and reframe unhelpful patterns—equipping you with practical tools for lasting relief and progress. Clients typically begin seeing a meaningful reduction in symptoms within the first month, and continued growth over time.

Strengths

To support holistic healing, my approach integrates EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and somatic/neuropsychological strategies that bridge the mind-body connection. By utilizing these evidence-based treatments, I help clients heal both the mind and body by effectively process trauma and emotional distress at a deeper level.

Ideal clients

My practice focuses on helping adults navigate depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief/bereavement, and women’s health issues. I enjoy working with people who are motivated and willing to participate in the therapeutic process. I want to work with individuals who believe in their ability to grow, make positive changes, and overcome challenges, even when the process feels difficult. I hope that you are open to self-reflection, willing to explore your thoughts and emotions, and committed to working toward your goals. I understand that change takes time, patience, and effort, and I want to support clients as they build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and recognize their potential for growth and healing.

Treatment methods

EMDR

EMDR is a type of therapy that helps people work through painful memories and difficult experiences so they feel less overwhelming. It involves thinking about a distressing memory while following guided movements, sounds, or taps. This process can help the brain process the experience differently, reduce emotional distress, and allow clients to feel more in control of their lives.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps people understand how their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. It teaches clients to recognize negative thought patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and develop healthier ways of responding to difficult situations. The goal is to help clients build coping skills, manage emotions, and make positive changes in their daily lives.
