New to Grow
**Who you are** I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps individuals navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and the impact of past experiences. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping clients better understand themselves, their emotions, and the patterns that influence how they connect with others. I believe therapy is a space to build self-awareness, strengthen relationships, and develop healthier ways of responding to life’s challenges. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered as they move toward meaningful growth.
Our first session is about creating a foundation for our work together. We’ll spend time getting to know your story, what has brought you to therapy, your relationships, your experiences, and what you hope to change or understand more deeply. My goal is to provide a comfortable, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore patterns, identify your goals, and begin building a path toward healing, stronger connections, and greater confidence in navigating life and relationships.
I bring warmth, compassion, and a trauma-informed lens to my work with clients. I enjoy helping individuals understand the connection between past experiences, emotions, relationship patterns, and current challenges. My approach focuses on helping clients gain insight, build emotional awareness, improve communication, and create healthier connections with themselves and others. I believe meaningful change happens through a strong therapeutic relationship where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered.
My ideal client may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to navigate emotions, relationships, or life changes. They may struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, communication, setting boundaries, or patterns that impact the way they connect with themselves and others. I enjoy working with clients who are curious about understanding themselves more deeply and are ready to explore how their experiences have shaped their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together, we work toward building insight, confidence, healthier connections, and meaningful change.

Strength-Based
I use a strengths-based approach to help clients recognize and build upon the skills, qualities, and resilience they already possess. Together, we explore existing strengths while identifying new tools and strategies to navigate challenges. My goal is to help clients increase confidence, develop self-awareness, and feel empowered as they work toward meaningful personal growth and change.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
I use a person-centered approach to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. I believe each person’s experiences and goals are unique, and therapy should be tailored to meet individual needs. This approach emphasizes empathy, authenticity, and helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My goal is to support clients in building self-awareness, recognizing their strengths, and creating meaningful growth at their own pace.
Trauma Informed Care
I use a trauma-informed approach to recognize how past experiences can influence emotions, relationships, thoughts, and the way we respond to challenges. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace.
