About me

I’m a warm, compassionate therapist who believes therapy doesn’t have to feel overly clinical or intimidating. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, low self-esteem, intrusive thoughts, and feeling overwhelmed or stuck. My approach is collaborative and person-centered, with a mix of reflection, practical tools, and a little humor when it feels right. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself while we work together toward meaningful change.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is really about getting to know you and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what you’d like to change, and what you hope to get from our work together. You don’t need to come prepared with the “right” things to say. I’ll ask questions and help guide the conversation, and we’ll begin identifying goals at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine desire to understand the person in front of me. I’m not a therapist who simply sits back and expects you to figure everything out on your own. I’ll listen and make space for what you’re experiencing, while also asking thoughtful questions, helping you notice patterns, and gently challenging you when it may be helpful. I value authenticity in therapy, so you can expect me to be supportive, collaborative, and human

My treatment methods

Acceptance and commitment (ACT)

ACT helps you learn how to make space for difficult thoughts and feelings without letting them control your life. Together, we will focus on what matters most to you and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected. Together we will work to identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical ways to address/reframe your thoughts.
