New to Grow
I’m a warm, down-to-earth, and direct therapist who enjoys helping people make sense of what they’re going through and find practical ways to feel better. I have over 10 years’ experience supporting clients with things like stress, anxiety, relationships, and life changes. My approach is supportive, practical, and tailored to you, combining conversation, skill-building, and reflection at your pace. Therapy with me is a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard while working toward meaningful change. Together, we can make sense of what you’re experiencing and begin creating space for relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of balance and confidence.
During our first session, you’ll have space to share your story and what you hope to gain from therapy. In future sessions, we’ll continue exploring your experiences and work toward your goals. You can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space, where we work together to better understand your thoughts, feelings, and challenges.
What stands out about my approach is the balance of compassion and practicality. I tailor therapy to meet each client where they are, using engaging, evidence-based strategies that support meaningful growth. My professional background, combined with lived experience parenting children with ADHD and supporting loved ones with mental health challenges, allows me to bring both clinical expertise and genuine understanding to my work.
I work with preteens, teens, and adults, as well as families and groups, offering online therapy across Georgia. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and family conflict, and also support ADHD, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, and women’s issues. We focus on building coping skills, improving communication, and understanding patterns so you can feel more in control.
