Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my Masters from Richmont Graduate University and have been in practice for 5 years. My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a supportive and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and valued. Whether you're navigating issues in your marriage, facing challenges in life transitions, or seeking personal growth and healing, I'm here to support you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

With five years of experience in the counseling field, I have developed a reliable approach to help you uncover the root cause of your challenges and design a personalized plan that drives meaningful and measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I am best positioned to serve clients who are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality.

My treatment methods

Solution Focused Brief Treatment

SFBT is an approach I value for its focus on strengths, solutions, and goal achievement rather than dwelling extensively on problems. I use SFBT to collaborate with clients to clarify their desired outcomes and identify actionable steps toward their goals.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

DBT is an approach I use to help clients effectively manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and navigate life's challenges. DBT emphasizes the balance between acceptance and change. I focus on empowering clients to build a "life worth living" by developing tools they can use in their daily lives. The structured yet compassionate nature of DBT aligns perfectly with my approach to therapy—providing both support and challenge to help clients grow.

Interpersonal

Interpersonal Therapy addresses the relational and social aspects of mental health. Its focus on improving communication, addressing interpersonal conflicts, and navigating life transitions. Relationships play a critical role in emotional well-being. In practice, I use this treatment to help clients identify patterns in their relationships that may contribute to their distress.
