Hi, I’m Deebra Jennings, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, therapist, and Executive Therapeutic Coach who is passionate about helping women and men heal from relational wounds, strengthen self-worth, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others. I believe that many of the challenges people experience in their personal and professional lives are rooted in patterns developed through past experiences, relationships, and life transitions. Together, we work to uncover those patterns, increase self-awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. My approach is warm, reflective, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I strive to create an environment where clients feel emotionally safe, genuinely seen, and supported while also being thoughtfully challenged to grow. I integrate evidence-based therapeutic practices with coaching strategies to help clients navigate emotional barriers, improve communication, strengthen boundaries, and align their actions with their values and goals. In my work as an Executive Therapeutic Coach, I support professionals, leaders, and high-achieving individuals who may be managing stress, burnout, imposter syndrome, relationship challenges, or major life and career transitions. I help clients develop greater emotional intelligence, resilience, confidence, and clarity so they can lead and live more authentically. Whether you are seeking healing from past wounds, navigating a difficult season, improving relationships, or pursuing personal and professional growth, I am committed to walking alongside you. Hello, I am Dr. Walter Calvo and I have two questions for you. Are you interested in learning why you think and feel the way you do? How about learning why you choose to do the things that you do? I can help you learn coping skills to address common life challenges such as adjusting to change, managing conflict, reducing stress, improving relationships, and coping with grief. Equally important, I can help you process your emotional responses to distressing life circumstances. I also provide psychotherapy to address acute trauma, post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. My experience in this area comes from working with active-duty military, veterans, and first responders such as law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical responders and their families. Gaining insight into why you think and feel the way you do is empowering. It will put you on a path to becoming the best version of yourself. If you are interested in any of that, let's talk!

Hi, I’m Erica — a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Texas with nearly 20 years of experience helping individuals and families navigate life’s ups and downs. Over the years, I’ve worked in private practice, schools, nonprofits, and large healthcare systems, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how stress, transitions, and relationships shape our lives. Many of the people I work with describe feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of a space where they can talk freely and feel truly heard. I specialize in supporting clients who are managing stress—whether it’s showing up in parenting, relationships, work, or major life changes. My approach is supportive and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, develop healthier ways to cope, and work toward a greater sense of balance, clarity, and self-understanding.

As a Licensed Psychotherapist serving clients in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Texas, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and reconnection. I believe that true healing is not just about the mind, but also about honoring the body and nurturing the spirit. This belief has shaped my Somatic Insight Therapeutic Approach—one that gently invites you back into relationship with yourself. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I have seen how powerful it can be when we slow down and begin to listen to what the body is holding. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences with curiosity and compassion. By weaving together mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help you tune into your emotions, understand your nervous system, and move through your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Our work together is collaborative and personalized. We may integrate reflective conversation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, build self-awareness, and find a sense of grounding and steadiness within. My intention is to support you in feeling more at home in yourself—more connected, more resourced, and more empowered in your healing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with care and intention, as you rediscover your strength, reclaim your story, and move toward a deeper sense of balance, peace, and wholeness.

Life can feel like standing at a crossroads with no clear signs. The pressure to have it all figured out — your career, your relationships, your sense of self — can quietly build into something heavier than you expected. If you're waking up exhausted, struggling to feel motivated, and carrying a low hum of worry that never quite goes away, you're not alone. And you don't have to keep pushing through it on your own. I specialize in working with adults navigating the overlapping challenges of anxiety and depression — two experiences that often travel together, each making the other harder to manage. You might find yourself caught in cycles of overthinking and withdrawal, feeling both restless and empty at the same time. That tension is real, and it makes sense given everything you're carrying. My approach combines talk therapy with practical, evidence-based tools designed to build lasting change. Together, we'll work to untangle the thought patterns keeping you stuck, develop coping skills you can actually use in daily life, and strengthen your emotional resilience and flexibility — so that when life gets hard, you have real resources to draw on. I create a space that is warm, judgment-free, and genuinely tailored to who you are, and what works for you. You're at a stage of life that's full of real pressure and real possibility. Therapy isn't about having something "seriously wrong" with you — it's about getting the support you deserve to move through this period with more clarity, steadiness, and self-compassion.

Hi, I'm Dr. Nate. Do you find yourself feeling sad, empty, or unmotivated? Do you struggle with anxiety, anger, or behavior you just can't stop? Do you have a child who is struggling or a marriage that could be better? Life presents challenges and sometimes we or the ones we love could use some extra help getting through those challenges successfully. For over fifteen years, I have provided therapy and psychological testing in a variety of settings from private practices to doctor's offices, college counseling centers, and community mental health. My approach is to combine the best of psychotherapy with Christian theology to help others live the abundant life that is found in Jesus. I believe the mind, body, and spirit can all have an impact on a person's functioning, and it's my approach to address those areas that are limiting one's functioning.

My path into counseling began in 2006, working as an addiction counselor in the prison system. Since then, I've worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, psychiatric hospitals, and intensive outpatient programs. These experiences have given me the opportunity to work with people from many different backgrounds and life circumstances, while reinforcing a belief that lasting change happens through connection, self-awareness, and authenticity. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, and easy to talk to, while also being direct enough to gently challenge unhelpful patterns when they arise. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a clinical checklist. While I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, mindfulness, and narrative therapy, I also believe growth happens when we slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and pay attention to what truly matters. My love of nature and the outdoors has shaped both my life and my work, and I value helping clients find greater balance, self-acceptance, and alignment with their values. My goal is not to fix people, but to help them recognize their strengths, trust themselves, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

I'm Jalieh (pronounced *dja-leh*) — a trilingual licensed therapist (English, Spanish, Portuguese) with 30+ years of education, training, and practice across clinical, coaching, and community-health work in five countries: Spain, Brazil, Germany, Switzerland, and the United States. My practice is Dynamic Coherence™. I work with women across the lifespan who are striving to live their cherished principles in daily practice — from healing to flourishing. Clients often arrive at a threshold: a career shift, a season of parenting or empty-nesting, caregiving, perimenopause, grief, identity, a quiet *"here I go again,"* a longing that no longer fits the life they've built. Many are women of faith — Bahá'í, Christian, Buddhist, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Sikh, and seekers — alongside those exploring their spirituality, values, and principles. Some carry religious trauma; some long to live their cherished faith more fully. My approach is integrative — humanistic, existential and transpersonal at the foundation, with mindfulness, somatic, trauma-informed, and relational-cultural threads woven in. I draw from the current and unfolding evidence-based science and the wisdom of spiritual heritage in my work, for both are complementary systems of knowledge and practice. I work, like the women I serve, as one still becoming — committed to my own unfolding alongside theirs. What clients tell me, again and again, is that they leave our work knowing how to pause, that they have a choice, and ways to direct that choice with confidence and meaning — clearer about who they are, what they're about, and the gifts they are striving to embody and contribute to a more unified, loving, just and creative world.

This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation.
