Hello! Thank you for reviewing my profile. I’m a licensed therapist with over 11 years of experience, offering individual therapy to residents of California, Colorado, Nebraska, and Texas. I specialize in providing empathetic support to individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, depressed mood, grief from loss, and experiencing major life changes, such as grief, divorce, menopause, caregiving, chronic illness and aging. I am a trained trauma therapist and assist clients with acute trauma, vicarious / secondary trauma, complex trauma (C-PTSD) and post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). I have a deep understanding of the emotional toll that trauma can take and I make every effort to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for healing. Throughout my career, I’ve helped individuals process past trauma, manage anxiety disorders, move through low mood and depression, and cope with the grief that follows loss. My approach is integrative, drawing from evidence-based techniques like EMDR, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness and somatic practices, tailored to each client's unique needs. I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with my clients and empower them to reclaim control over their emotional well-being. Whether you're looking to address deep-rooted trauma, anxiety, or mood-related challenges, I believe in the power of healing through understanding and connection. My goal is to help you move forward with confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of peace.
