Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first session together, we will start by building a strong foundation for our work together. This will include a brief introduction and getting to know each other better. I will invite you to share what brings you to therapy and any specific challenges you are facing right now. We will begin to identify goals and create a plan that you feel comfortable with and caters to your needs.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My clients often tell me that I’m easy to talk to you and if they feel heard and understood. I strive to be non-judgmental, flexible and approachable while creating a space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves. My hope is that clients walk away from our session feeling heard and understood and will be empowered to move forward with meaningful purpose and intention.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I work well with adults of all ages. My clients range from college students to career professionals currently in the workforce, as well as adults in mid-life and beyond, who are experiencing life transitions, relationship changes, burnout, caregiving, trauma, and grief and loss. I enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, health concerns and grief and loss. I am welcoming to all cultures and ethnic backgrounds. **LGBTQ affirming.
