Hello and welcome. My name is Marla Jones.
Are you struggling with people who are important to you in your life? Your spouse, your children, co-workers, and others? Do you lack a meaningful connection with yourself and others? Or desire for deeper, more satisfying relationships?
I help individuals who are experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, family dysfunction and violence. I am a trauma-informed helper, with a specialization in relationship dynamics, specifically, the perpetration and victimization of Intimate Partner Violence and Domestic Abuse. It is my goal to provide people with the lasting tools to navigate the relationships we need to be successful in our own lives. I use a variety of methods that are person-centered, collaborative, and personalized to the presenting concern. These methods are deprived of Cognitive Behavioral and Realty Therapies. These methods include self-awareness and evaluation, mindfulness, perception reframing, and planning for and executing new helping behaviors. My clients are given the unique opportunity to become an active participant in their personal growth and well-being. I believe that when people began to take their power back through personal accountability, responsibility, and empowerment; healing and transformation will soon follow. I look forward to growing with you.
I help individuals looking to heal, restore and rebuild when life has presented challenging circumstances that take away from one's mental health. Together, we can create and identify your personal goals, strengths, talents, and accomplishments to build the changes you want to bring to your life. I will show you how to utilize techniques to help you ground, calm, empower and identify choices.
Whether you are struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, displacement, adjustment or burnout you can heal and restore. Seeking therapy is the big first step in change. You deserve to express and share your personal story in a safe and respectful interaction. Our sessions together will utilize the best of person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and other modalities that are evidence-based so you can heal and build up your mental health tailored to your specific needs to have the confidence, peace and joy you deserve. I look forward to working with you.
Thank You,
Peggy
Do you feel overwhelmed these days? Are you constantly trying to strike a balance between the demands of work and parenting or co-parenting, while also managing your health, housework, and perhaps other demands? In your family, does the caretaking always fall to you? Are you experiencing depression and anxiety in reaction to either a past trauma and/or burnout from stress? I work with women who are experiencing what I like to call "multiple-role fatigue". I have experience in treating depression, anxiety, and trauma-related stress disorders common to women who face an ever-mounting load of responsibilities in a complex society, where being a mother or a caretaker often comes with diverse challenges and responsibilities. I also like to work with clients on their recovery from trauma. With this in mind, I incorporate various treatment modalities, where healing and recovery can take place through a combination of compassionate conversation, active listening, homework assignments journaling, mindfulness, self-reflection, cognitive behavior therapy, grief counseling, boundary setting and trauma-informed care. I also offer a faith-based support, where clients seeking a Christian approach are welcome.
I like to form a supportive alliance with caregivers to help them navigate the demands of parenting a child or children with higher needs. I focus on parental needs, and I work with clients using evidence-based techniques to empower them to achieve balance and experience lasting well-being. For parents, I'm a big advocate of self-care, and I help my clients learn to nurture themselves in a sustainable way to avoid burnout. I also believe that parents need to feel seen and heard, and the stress of parenting cannot be overemphasized. Forming a partnership with parents, giving them a forum in which they feel consistently supported in a compassionate and non-judgmental way, therefore, is one of my top priorities as a therapist.

Hi, I’m Brittany — a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania who helps women heal from trauma, break free from intrusive thoughts, and manage high-functioning anxiety without burning themselves out.
Many of my clients appear “put together” on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—carrying childhood trauma, people-pleasing patterns, chronic worry, or perfectionism that never seems to let up. If this sounds like you, you’re not alone, and you don’t have to keep powering through it.
When I’m not working with clients, you can usually find me outdoors with my family and dog, reading, traveling, going to concerts or comedy shows, or doing a Bible study. These things help me stay grounded — and I bring that same grounded energy into sessions.

Hello and welcome! My name is Melanie Timbers, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Pennsylvania. In my 30's, I decided to change career paths pursuing my studies and career as a mental health therapist. This was one of the best decisions I ever made, as I consider it an honor and privilege supporting adults with improving their mental health and wellbeing. After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh Master of Social Work Program, I have worked in the mental health profession for 7 years. Initially, I provided mental health therapy to adults in an intensive outpatient program of a psychiatric hospital. I also provided mental health therapy to adults with substance use disorders while working in a medication assisted treatment outpatient program. I certainly valued these experiences as well as my current role of providing outpatient mental health therapy to adults who are looking to improve their mental health, becoming the best versions of themselves.

Hi. I'm Bill. I've been working in this field since 2003 treating adults experiencing symptoms related to the anxiety disorders, depressed mood, identity and self-concept difficulties, relationship problems, life-transition difficulties, and traumatic memories. These difficulties along with other related topics that may surface during a therapy session.
My therapy approach is quite straightforward, collaborative, and non-judgmental. It's structured to help you develop a healthier and happier life. We begin by identifying the circumstances that prompted you to seek therapy. Then I help you to develop skills and solutions tailored for you to help you move forward toward that healthier life. It's a collaborative approach. You and I work together through this process.
From this perspective, listening is the most-important part of communication. When I genuinely listen to your experiences and concerns without judgment or distraction, I can respond appropriately to your concerns. "Right Speech begins with Right Listening."
PLEASE BOOK APPOINTMENTS ON THE HOUR. THANKS.

Seeking help is a sign of health, a recognition of a need for change, and a desire to have greater well-being. If it were not for the fact that we humans discovered we needed each other, we would not have survived. Seeking help is not only courageous but also necessary for us to thrive. I aim to walk with you shoulder to shoulder through this process to help you attain the goals in therapy you seek. 'Courage is not the absence of fear; it is the judgment that something is more important than fear.' I received my Master of Arts in Education in Community/Agency Counseling from Virginia Tech in 1995 and my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Messiah University in 2021. For nearly 30 years, I have counseled in the field of Mental Health and Chemical Dependency in various environments. I have counseled in inpatient psychiatric centers, both state and private, residential and intensive in-home services with youth, mental health emergency services with adults and youth, and in private practice. In chemical dependency, I've worked in outpatient, intensive outpatient, halfway house, correctional, and inpatient settings. I've had the privilege of lecturing at Community Services Boards in Virginia, the Virginia State Emergency Service Conference, and the Virginia State DARE conference, and have presented at Glenbeigh at Rock Creek, Rocky River, Erie, and at the Cleveland Clinic main campus' Psychiatric Grand Rounds. I've worked with people from a wide variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds and members of the LGBTQIA community and have done specialized work with those in the helping professions.

Taking the time to start therapy and acknowledge our own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer the space for one to process relationships, career changes, grief, and life transitions in depth with safety and clarity. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping clients identify their own values and assist them in aligning said values with their life choices to connect one's sense of self. I also help clients explore how their experiences may have impacted them and offering ways one can use that understanding for self healing and growth.

Whether you want to do therapy alone or alongside someone else, it can be a wonderful tool to help people not only identify their main stressors, but also create a concrete plan to tackle them.
Welcome! My name is Renee Cavalier. I have been in practice for 20 years; 15 in private practice. Grief is a powerful, personal experience—often unpredictable, sometimes isolating, and always deserving of care and attention. If you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, a major life transition, or are feeling stuck in sorrow that others don’t seem to understand, I want you to know you're not alone.
I specialize in grief counseling and create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their emotions without judgment. Whether your grief feels fresh and raw or quietly lingers beneath the surface, our work together can help you move toward healing and meaning in your own time.
Therapy doesn’t mean “getting over it”—it means having a place to process, to be seen, and to find strength again. If that sounds like what you're needing, I’d be honored to walk with you.
I SEE YOU, WARRIOR.
The fixer. The doer. The one who holds it all together while quietly unraveling inside.
You’re the get-it-done, make-it-happen woman everyone counts on.
But holding it all together all the time? It’s left you running on fumes — simmering with resentment and secretly whispering, “When is it my turn?”
I’ve spent my entire career helping women — the fixers, the doers, the ones who hold it all together — finally drop the armor and still feel safe.
After nearly three decades, I’ve distilled the most potent, no-BS methods into one fusion: psychology, neuroscience, and energetic law — that untapped power inside you that turns belief into reality.
We don’t just manage symptoms — we rewire the system, top down and bottom up.
This is where women who lead, hold, and heal everyone but themselves finally come home to their own power — learning to regulate their nervous systems, rewire their minds, and rise with calm, clarity, and conviction.
What follows isn’t surface-level change.
It’s cell-deep transformation — anchored in safety, emotional regulation, and practical tools that actually work.
With a background in clinical psychology (PsyD) and specialized training from institutions including Harvard Medical School, University of Louisville School of Medicine, and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, I bring a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy. My experience spans work with children, adolescents, and adults, particularly in addressing challenges related to behavioral health, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and chronic illness. In therapy, I aim to create a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their concerns and develop practical strategies for managing life’s difficulties. I’m committed to helping each client build resilience and achieve meaningful personal growth with tools for lasting change.
My therapeutic philosophy is that individuals need to be a part of their own solutions. I work to empower clients to achieve the goals so they feel the success of their own hard work. My experience in social work is deliberately broad to address a wide range of concerns. I am passionate about my work..our work.
My background includes trauma therapy, critical incident debriefing, couple counseling, co-parenting , anger management, adolescent. Parenting therapy, and advocacy and case management.
