Hello and welcome, I'm Sarah!
Life can be stressful, overwhelming, and beautiful. I believe we all can benefit from professional support through therapy.
Therapy looks different for everyone, but it is always a joint effort of therapist and client. I bring empathetic understanding, evidence-based clinical techniques, and a safe environment... you bring your unique experience in life, expertise on your situation, and willingness to work on yourself.
I specialize in helping those who need support navigating the stress of life, as well as those who have experienced trauma. Additionally, I specialize in treating individuals in prenatal/postpartum support.
My clinical training is in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). This highly specialized technique allows people who are "stuck" in depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, and psychotic disorders where other therapies have not been successful.
We will go at your speed. Thank you for taking this first step in your healing!
Please note that I only see client's virtually during the day on Tuesdays and Thursdays
After five years of working in school settings, I’m excited to begin my journey in private practice. Hi, I’m Angela. I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping people navigate life’s challenges, discover their strengths, and see themselves in a new light. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready for change, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. I have worked with individuals of all ages—from children to adults—and have extensive experience supporting adults with cognitive challenges. My approach is always individualized and adaptable, using modified strategies when needed to ensure therapy is practical, meaningful, and effective for you.
Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, frustration, or interpersonal challenges, I will guide you in finding practical tools and skills to help you thrive. Together, we’ll take steps toward greater emotional balance and fulfillment in your life. We can work together!

Hello and welcome to Grow Therapy. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have worked in the mental health field since 1998. First, with my bachelors degree and later doing clinical work after earning my master's degree.
I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.
Therapy can help us to be the best versions of ourselves.
Life is a beautiful mess. Sometimes everything seems to be going our way. And other times, it can leave us feeling overwhelmed, confused, and off balance. I would like to offer guidance and support as you navigate those ups and downs.
I’m a licensed therapist in both Pennsylvania and Florida, with over 13 years of experience walking alongside clients through life’s challenges. One thing I believe deeply is that you are the expert of your own story. You already carry strengths within you—sometimes it just takes the right support to uncover and use them. That’s where I come in. My role is to help you tap into those strengths and build tools that make lasting change possible.
Reaching out for help takes courage. It’s the first step toward creating a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and joyful. If you’re ready to start that journey, I’m here to support and empower you every step of the way.
Hello. My name is John. I bring with me over 27 years of doing therapy. In addition to clinical psychology, I have backgrounds and education in music education, philosophy, spirituality and religion. My background and life experience gives me an ability to seek a larger picture of situations in life and offer unique resolutions to things that may occur in the course of one's life.
I am a strong believer in the individual's ability to address and resolves problems their own issues. It is my belief and practice to treat the person, not the symptom or problem. My approach is one of assisting you in identifying various aspects of what brings you to therapy, including but not limited to, the strengths and limitations you bring, your life situation, the context of your life and the issue, the portion others and your environment may be contributing to your situation and the impact all of these element have on what is going on in your life.
An integral part of this process is assisting you in increasing and understanding and awareness of yourself. Often, we get so caught up in the day-to-day activities that it feels kind of like one is an automaton. Person growth involves having choices and there is no choice where there is no awareness. Raising a level of self-awareness increases your ability to have and make choices.
Through exploration of all these factors and possibly more, we will work toward a resolution that works for you and one that allows you to live a fuller and happier life.

I also am working to incorporate other aspects of agriculture such as working with dirt and planting/growing things for clients who feel they might benefit from grounding experiences. I have a sand tray that I also can incorporate in sessions. I support the LGBTQ+ community, and work to create safe spaces for all of my clients. I have taken some steps along a deconstruction journey in an effort to support individuals of the global majority and create a safe space for these individuals as well.

"Welcome. I'm Jeanette DeSilva, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with 16 years dedicated to walking alongside individuals on their journey to lasting freedom from issues such as substance abuse, poor coping skills, anxiety and depression. My approach is rooted in the belief that true healing addresses the whole person—mind, emotions, body, and spirit.

My goal is to equip you with practical, effective skills to manage triggers, develop healthier coping mechanisms, and navigate the challenges of recovery and struggles with depression, anxiety and destructive core beliefs.
We will focus on:
Identifying Triggers: Recognizing the people, places, and thoughts that prompt the urge to use.
Developing Coping Skills: Learning practical strategies for refusing substances and managing difficult emotions effectively.
Building a Supportive Life: Fostering healthy social support systems and making positive lifestyle changes that support sobriety, string mental health and overall well-being.
You are not alone in this struggle. I offer a non-judgmental, empathetic space where we can work together to help you achieve lasting change and overcome emotional and/or addictive struggles and become healthy and whole.

Welcome! I'm Kaila Rae, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). In the last 5 years, I've worked in private practice, college counseling, and crisis counseling, where I had the privilege of walking alongside individuals struggling with a wide range of presenting concerns, including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship issues, disordered eating, OCD, and challenges associated with being neurodivergent.
Don't see what you are struggling with in that list? That's okay because no matter how complex whatever brings you here today is—whether it's processing a traumatic past, managing recent loss, or finally addressing a concerning behavior—the core belief of my practice is simple: Your life and all of the problems you've faced are unique, so the path to your healing should be too.
Therapy with me is a collaborative partnership in which we tailor every step to your specific needs and goals in a way that honors your lived experience, background, and cultural values as essential components of your treatment. Fulfilling our potential is a lifelong journey of becoming more at peace with ourselves, deepening the intimacy in our relationships, being more authentically human, and feeling more alive each day. Along the way, certain challenges arise to cause us distress or confusion. Such moments can make us feel held back, afraid, or unsure of where to go from here. But these moments can also be the points of growth and healing from which we renew ourselves in ways we did not think possible.
It is a great privilege helping men and women in their search to improve their relationship with themselves and others, to lessen the burden of emotional pain, to experience freedom from addictions, or to embark on new life challenges - to find the hope and courage needed to take those important next steps.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, with a Master’s degree from the University of Louisville and 7 years of clinical practice. In addition, I bring 14 years of valuable experience working with patients in medical settings. I find it truly inspiring to support adults coping with anxiety and depression, working collaboratively to overcome challenges and empower them to become the best versions of themselves.
Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career.
Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.
