I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, and client centered approach. I have served as a rape crisis counselor, foster care therapist, and crisis response counselor. I hold certifications as a sexual violence and domestic violence advocate. Other areas of expertise include, but are not limited to; PTSD treatment, depression and anxiety, stress management, ADHD, grief and loss issues.
