Hi. My name is Vikita Bracey, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I’ve been practicing for 17 years. I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, grief and loss and relationship problems. My primary population are Veterans and adolescents. The goal in treatment is become the best versions of themselves. In counseling we would work together to build a foundation for healthy outcomes and beliefs systems.
With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I help people get unstuck from patterns that keep repeating—even when they know better. Not just talk about it—actually change it. I’ve worked with Veterans, caregivers, people dealing with serious illness, and those carrying anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout from holding too much for too long.
Most of my clients aren’t new to insight—they already understand their patterns. They just haven’t been able to change them yet.
I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We look at your actual life—your history, relationships, nervous system, and habits—and figure out what’s really driving things. Then we work on it in a way that’s realistic and doable—something you can actually sustain.
I’m direct and I’m kind. I’ll call things out when needed, but I’m not here to shame you—I’m here to help you move. You don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re more okay than you are. Just show up as you are and we’ll work with that.
I’m a secular, affirming therapist. You don’t have to explain or defend who you are here. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, people in nontraditional relationships, and anyone who’s tired of feeling like they don’t quite fit.
I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing—but more importantly, I use what actually works for you. I’m also trained in psychedelic therapy and integration.
If you want a therapist who will sit quietly and nod, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who will help you understand what’s going on, challenge what’s not working, and actually help you change things—we’ll get along well.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges and transitions. My practice is rooted in creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel truly seen and heard. I believe therapy is a place for growth, empowerment, and self-discovery, and I feel honored to be part of each client’s journey from survivor to thriver so you can shine your brightest.

Hi, I am Dr. Rolanda Harris. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Alabama and Florida, as well as a Qualified Supervisor in Florida. I am the owner of Intentional Counseling and Consulting, LLC. I have 24 years of experience supporting and empowering individuals to navigate and cope with life's challenges. I am an intentional counselor who proactively plans my interactions and interventions based on a clear understanding of your situation and desired outcomes. I aim to understand your needs, strengths, and values to create a personalized plan that aligns with your goals and fosters positive change. Intention is more than wishful thinking; it is willful direction.
As an intentional counselor, I have had the privilege of working with chronically and terminally ill patients and their families, supporting them as they manage the emotional, physical, mental, and spiritual impact of their illness. I have experience working with college students needing support adjusting to college life, building confidence, navigating social situations, and managing stress and anxiety. I have spent years walking with bereaved individuals as they process intense emotions, attempt to understand the grieving process, and find meaning after loss. It has been an honor to support elderly individuals managing grief, the fear of mortality and aging, adapting to retirement, addressing social isolation, and experiencing a range of mental health challenges. I have also had the pleasure of supporting single mothers as they navigate the emotional impact of motherhood, mental health issues, financial stress, and building a support system.
In my practice, I do not rely solely on one specific theory, but rather draw upon different theoretical perspectives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Reminiscence Therapy, and Grief Therapy.
Hello! I understand that when we’re struggling with something overwhelming and there’s a lot on the line, getting real help from a competent, experienced professional is crucial. Whether you’re experiencing stress, a relationship issue, or anxiety or sadness, or you simply want to improve your life, you’re in the right place: I’m a seasoned, doctoral level Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 24 years in the field, with a wealth of knowledge and experience to help individuals, couples and families with practically any issue or problem of living. If you are a military member, veteran or family member, thank you for your service and sacrifice on our behalf! You’ll feel right at home with me: Thanks in part to my 14 years as a Military & Family Life Counselor assigned to all military branches, I also have a strong understanding of the unique challenges that military families face, and special competency in helping with not only problems of living in general, but also the special issues that accompany military life.
I’m Michael Blake‑Edwards, a psychotherapist who works with professionals who look like they have it all together on the outside, but inside feel scattered, on edge, or disconnected. You’ve done the work, pushed yourself to grow, built the career, stayed disciplined, but something still feels off. That sense of being stuck or running on autopilot isn’t weakness; it’s your mind and body asking for something deeper.
My focus is on helping clients uncover the root causes behind distraction, restlessness, or burnout, whether it’s unrecognized ADHD, stress, or lingering effects of trauma. I integrate evidence‑based methods like EMDR and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) with a practical, goal‑oriented approach that meets you where you are. Together, we’ll build tools for lasting focus, clarity, and calm, without losing your edge.
With over 14 years of clinical experience, I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional (CMIP), and ADHD‑Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD‑CCSP), and I regularly pursue advanced training to stay on top of what works. My background includes community mental health, inpatient rehabilitation, and trauma recovery, experiences that taught me how resilient people can be when given the right tools and space to grow.
Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone different. It’s about rediscovering the version of yourself that already knows how to adapt, lead, and thrive, even under pressure. If you’re ready to move past self‑doubt, regain control of your focus, and build a steadier foundation for success and peace of mind, I’d be honored to walk that path with you.
Hello, my name is Dr. Jovanovic I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with over 16 years of experience helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and pursuit of meaningful, values-based living. Drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I work in guiding clients toward greater psychological flexibility-learning to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather then struggle against them, while committing to actions that align with what truly matters to you. In every session I bring a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental presence to every therapeutic relationship, creating a collaborative and open space where clients feel genuinely seen and accepted. At the heart of this work is a deep curiosity about each person's unique experience and an unwavering belief in their capacity for growth and change.
Hello, My name is Marlea Major. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 12 years of clinical experience licensed in Florida and Georgia. My range of experience includes being a veteran, working 20 years as a first responder, counselor for inpatient care clients, Salvation Army working with clients struggling with addictions, and 8 years in the foster care system as a child therapist.
I am warm, empathetic, and believe that each person is to be treated with respect, compassion, and dignity. I don’t believe in stigmatizing labels; working as a first responder and being a Veteran I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help and realize how strong you are to reach out.
My approach is person-centered, psychoeducational, existential, and cognitive behavioral focusing on empowering and helping the individual to regain control within their lives and unique situations.
I am happy that you are taking your first step to take back your power and when you are ready, I am here to assist your journey. I look forward to working with you!

As an athlete, a family man, and a man of faith, I understand the challenges with adjusting to change associated with leaving a sport or career, you love, before you believe your time is up. I understand what it feels like to develop a bond and the challenges with sustaining such bonds. I also understand seeking growth spiritually when there’s so much temptation and triggers that seem to pull me away for my goals. With that, these experiences are what hopefully keep me humble, motivated, and grateful.

Hi, I'm Britta Neinast, a licensed clinical social worker. I have years of professional and personal experience understanding anxiety and mental health struggles. Many of us are crippled with anxiety and self-doubt. Despite messages and advice, we still feel misunderstood and alone. I believe we are looking at the problem of anxiety incorrectly.
The conventional wisdom is learning how to “cope" and fight your tension. I believe this approach is misleading because it gives the impression there is something wrong with you. Anxiety is your friend and has a purpose. When you listen more to what anxiety is trying to teach you, it will make sense.
Hi, I'm Tara, and my journey to becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker has been a winding one. Seeking therapy can be scary, however, you have made the right decision. I believe individuals are the "experts on themselves" and possess the ability to make the desired positive change in their lives.

I’m a therapist who is passionate about helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds navigate life’s challenges and connect more deeply with their strengths, values, and goals. Whether you're dealing with the effects of trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, I provide a supportive space where healing and growth are possible. With years of experience in both mental health and advocacy, I bring a social justice and multicultural lens to my work. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, supportive environment for all clients—regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender identity; where you feel seen, respected, and heard.
Let me guess: You've been thinking about therapy for a while now. Maybe months, maybe years, but something kept stopping you. Too busy, too expensive, "it's not that bad yet," or maybe just the fear of opening up to a stranger who might judge you or not really get it.
Here's what I want you to know: You don't need to wait until things get worse, you don't need permission to ask for help, and you don't have to figure this out alone. That's why I'm here.
As a board-certified bilingual therapist, veteran, and founder of Time to Talk Therapy, I've spent over 10 years supporting thousands of clients through trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions that once felt impossible, from crisis units and corrections facilities to refugee shelters and quiet therapy rooms, working with chronic mental illness, personality disorders, abuse, trauma, ADHD, OCD, addictions, and some of the hardest moments of their lives. Here's what I know for sure: healing doesn't require perfection, it requires honesty and someone who actually gets it. You're not broken, you're dealing with hard things, and you deserve help that feels supportive, not cold, not judgmental, not like one more thing you're supposed to "fix" about yourself.
Life is unpredictable, and I know that finding the "perfect" time can feel like one more obstacle when you're already running on empty. For a lot of people, that's the moment they close the tab and say "maybe later." Please don't do that. You've already done something brave by being here. Just message me and I'll make sure we find something that works. I'll move things around, lose a lunch break, get creative, because you showing up here tells me you're ready, and you deserve someone who shows up for you the same way. That's a promise.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Florida. I moved to Florida from Nashville but have roots in Mississippi and Virginia. I graduated from the University of Phoenix in April of 2014 with a Bachelors of Science in Health Administration. I used that degree to enroll at Capella University where I earned a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in March of 2021. My passion for counseling started when I was very young. In my teenage years I participated in groups that worked to prevent teen suicide. This interest eventually worked its way into my adult life as a career in the mental health field.
My first position after graduating with my Masters was assisting individuals whose substance abuse lead to involvement in the criminal justice system. Building on that, I also have experience with Veterans' issues, grief and loss, eating disorders, LGBTQ+, relationships, depression, anxiety, social fears and many other mental health diagnoses.
I don’t believe that there is a one size fits all approach to an individual’s mental health. I use a wide range of techniques to best help my clients to achieve the goals they set forth during their time in treatment by developing strategies and coping skills to achieve optimal mental health.
Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my goal is to help you feel safe, supported, and empowered from the very beginning. I approach therapy with compassion, curiosity, and respect, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are. I am a trauma-informed mental health counselor who works with adolescents (13+), adults, military personnel, and families. I support clients navigating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I believe every person carries a unique story shaped by lived experiences, strengths, culture, and resilience. Therapy is not about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about understanding what you’ve been through and reconnecting with the parts of yourself that deserve care and healing.
My therapeutic style is warm and grounding, while also structured and intentional. I draw from person- centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and evidence-based trauma modalities to help you build emotional regulation skills, deepen self-awareness, and move toward meaningful change. We work together at a pace that honors your comfort and capacity, focusing on what’s working, what’s hurting, and what may need to shift. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. Therapy can be a powerful space to process, grow, and reclaim your voice. If you feel we may be a good fit, I would be honored to support you on your healing journey.
My ultimate goal as a therapist is to empower clients to overcome obstacles, cultivate resilience, and live more fulfilling and meaningful lives. I believe in the inherent strength and potential within each person, and I am committed to helping them tap into their inner resources to create positive change. Through our work together, clients can expect to gain insight, develop coping skills, and experience profound personal growth, leading to greater well-being and satisfaction in life.
