Hi, I’m Brandon, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and hope. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in a cycle of depression, struggling in your relationships, or simply searching for a deeper sense of purpose, you don’t have to go through it alone. I specialize in working with children, teens, and adults facing a wide range of mental health concerns. I also offer couples and family counseling, helping loved ones reconnect, communicate better, and heal together. I believe that every person has unique strengths and talents that can help them overcome obstacles. My goal is to help you uncover those strengths, regain stability, and develop the tools to move forward with resilience. Through a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy and faith-based psychotherapy, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. Healing is a journey, and I’d love to walk alongside you. If you're ready to take the first step toward a healthier, more fulfilling life, let’s talk

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know one another in a comfortable, judgment-free environment. I'll take time to understand what brought you to therapy, learn about your personal history, identify your strengths, and discuss the goals you'd like to achieve. Together, we'll begin creating a personalized plan that fits your unique needs. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and practical, helping you build effective coping skills while creating lasting, meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach combines evidence-based therapy with genuine compassion and practical strategies for lasting change. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and ordained minister, I understand the importance of addressing the whole person—mind, emotions, and values. I work collaboratively with clients to help them develop healthy coping skills, build resilience, and overcome life's challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment. When desired by the client, I can also incorporate faith into the therapeutic process in a way that aligns with their beliefs

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adult men who are ready to make meaningful changes in their lives. My ideal clients may be struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, anger, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or trauma. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for healthier ways to cope, I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work together to identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and help you achieve your personal goals.

My treatment methods

Eclectic

I use an eclectic approach because I recognize that no two clients are the same. Rather than relying on a single method, I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy to create a treatment plan tailored to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals. This flexible approach allows me to meet clients where they are and provide practical tools that promote meaningful, lasting change.

Christian Counseling

When requested by the client, I incorporate Christian counseling by integrating biblical principles, prayer, and faith-based perspectives into the therapeutic process. For many individuals, faith is a significant source of strength, hope, and resilience. When it aligns with a client's beliefs and goals, integrating their faith can deepen self-awareness, reinforce healthy values, support healing, and provide encouragement as they navigate life's challenges. My goal is to honor each client's worldview while using evidence-based clinical practices to promote emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.
