My specialties are in the areas of adult transitions, relationship challenges and clinical issues such as anxiety, and depression. My intensive clinical training and therapeutic skills help many people navigate through life's inherent up and downs, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Coping Skills Development with a Solution-Focused approach. I like to focus on what I can do to help keep communication open and empower people to get motivated and active in their life solutions. I bring to my work my sincere interest in the well-being of my clients and seek to build trusting relationships that foster growth for my clients in a confidential and judgment-free environment. Each client's problem is unique and I seek to help my clients help themselves, helping them discover their strengths.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will develop a therapeutic rapport in a non-judgmental environment. The client will have time to share their story and discuss specific goals. This will give us time to work collaboratively on a client-specific treatment plan.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
