Hello! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida. I received my Master's from Walden University and working towards my PhD in Clinical Psychologist. I have been practicing for 6 years. I enjoy helping young adults struggling with career stress and burnout become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationship and see the obstacles they are struggling with and help them understand the family system and when one person is not feeling well the rest of the family will be unbalanced as well.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our first sessions, we will look into the situation causing the distress to allow the client to get their life back a step at a time to help the client feel relief afterward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having the honor to work with law enforcement in the role of Co-responder in the community and help young professionals and many others in the community, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I like to start with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with each client during our first session. However, after exploring a bit of what has brought the client to our therapy session, I may then use a different but appropriate therapy to see progress with the client. What is most important is what works for the client and what they feel comfortable with.

Adlerian

I like to build rapport with the individual first and assure them the space is safe so they can explore some of their childhood experiences that may be manifesting in their current behaviors. The goal is for the individual to see the behaviors and together we can look at the goals they can set for themselves.
