I bring nearly a decade of experience in mental health and education and strive to offer an informed, supportive, and non-judgmental space in every session. I help individuals restore balance, manage emotional pain, grow into their full capacity, and move forward toward meaningful life goals and overall emotional well-being with compassionate, steady, and supportive guidance. We will work collaboratively to explore patterns, build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and develop practical tools you can apply in daily life. My approach honors your unique story, cultural background, and personal values while fostering clarity, confidence, and sustainable growth. Together, we create a safe, respectful environment where healing unfolds at your pace and authentic change becomes possible for you always.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

During our first sessions, we will explore the situation causing distress so you can begin to regain balance and move forward toward relief. Together, we will gently identify emotional pain, patterns, and challenges you may be experiencing, allowing space for understanding and clarity while creating a supportive and non-judgmental environment where you feel heard, safe, and empowered to begin meaningful healing work.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I am trained in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Trauma Focused Therapy. I have helped many individuals develop the skills needed to manage emotional pain, restore balance, and grow into their full capacity while working toward meaningful life goals. I provide an informed, supportive, and non-judgmental approach, integrating multiple therapeutic methods to support healing and growth.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients in both English and Spanish who may be struggling with PTSD, depression, lifelong trauma related to their upbringing, relationship challenges, or difficulty making decisions. My ideal clients may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward and are seeking support, healing, balance, and personal growth. Together, we work toward understanding emotional pain, building healthier patterns, strengthening coping skills, and moving toward relief, stability, and meaningful life change through consistent therapeutic support and care.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I like to start with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with each client during our first session. However, after exploring a bit of what has brought the client to our therapy session, I may then use a different but appropriate therapy to see progress with the client. What is most important is what works for the client and what they feel comfortable with.

Adlerian

I like to build rapport with the individual first and assure them the space is safe so they can explore some of their childhood experiences that may be manifesting in their current behaviors. The goal is for the individual to see the behaviors and together we can look at the goals they can set for themselves.
