Great to meet you! What if therapy wasn’t just about healing—but about reclaiming the joy, power, and peace you were always meant to have? I want to help calm and heal your anxious thoughts. My goal is for you to have coping skills that you are able to utilize in order to enjoy life again! I am excited to begin this journey withy you in your wellness and healing.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

You deserve more than survival mode. Maybe you’ve spent years putting others first, silencing your needs, or feeling stuck in cycles of worry, regret, or relational conflict. Imagine quieting the inner critic and trusting yourself again. Picture releasing old trauma without drowning in the process. Envision rebuilding relationships with clarity and courage, or rediscovering joy—not as a fleeting moment, but as your natural state.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I’ve devoted 20 years to guiding children, couples, veterans, and families through crises. I blend holistic, solution-focused, and faith-based approaches to help you heal and take actionable steps forward. Mindfulness, somatic techniques, and brain-based tools help recalibrate your nervous system, so "calm" isn’t just a concept—it’s your new baseline.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I help high-achievers, overwhelmed caregivers, and trauma survivors break free from anxiety, self-doubt, and emotional exhaustion so they can wake up excited for life again. Whether you're a burnt-out therapist, a struggling parent, or someone haunted by past wounds, I’m here to help you rewrite your story—not as a victim, but as the hero of your own life.

My treatment methods

Christian Counseling

I am a Christian, this is my highest value in life. Jesus is the ultimate healer and provider. If asked, I am willing to pray with my clients, read scripture as well as enhance the client's treatment plan surrounding the Christian faith.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT is an evidence based practice approach, I utilize for any behavioral change. Changing our behaviors in life begin with changing our perspective, therefore leading to empowering ourselves to make a behavioral change.

Strength-Based

I utilize strength-based, solution-focused approaches to ensure that the client feels connected, safe and empowered to utilize their God-given strengths.

Family Therapy

I have over 20-years of experience working with children, adults, couples and families to restore an rebuild relationships. I utilize play therapy with children, trauma focused-therapy when necessary, and CBT/ strength based therapy approaches when working with relational issues in order to heal and reconnect family relationships.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness therapy is one of my favorites! I specials in helping clients feel "calm." Guided imagery, holistic approaches and breathing excercises are very helpful when connecting our breath and mind. We need a calm mind in order to make positive changes and solution-focused decisions in life. Allowing each client to find peace in the present moment, is my ultimate goal. Peace is something we all deserve to feel.
