I've been working with Meliah for about a couple of months. She's very friendly, encouraging, and honest. She listens to me and provides me with specific and realistic solutions to ease my anxiety and stress. Not to mention, she's very helpful as she provides detailed notes about our meetings, so that I'm always aware of my goals and progress in therapy.
