Hey there! I'm a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Florida with expertise in crisis intervention, evidenced-based treatments, and trauma-informed practices. I graduated from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa in 2018 and Troy University with my masters in psychology and counseling in 2020. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being outdoors and with quality family time.

In our first session together, we'll create a biopsychosocial and treatment plan to collaborate on an individualized treatment strategy. We will have brief introductions, answer any questions you may have and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to develop a professional relationship and build trust as we continue to work together on this journey.
