I graduated from the University of Alabama at Tuscaloosa in 2018 and Troy University with my masters in psychology and counseling in 2020. I enjoy spending time with my dogs, being outdoors and with quality family time.
In our first session together, we'll create a biopsychosocial and treatment plan to collaborate on an individualized treatment strategy. We will have brief introductions, answer any questions you may have and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I have been talking to jade for couple of months now on weekly basis and every session has me feeling lighter and open minded. She has been the voice of reason for my behavior after every session. I may have a lot to work on but I am glad to have Jade by my side to walk me through what we call life n lessons.
