EMDR and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) address trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety, and a lot of other problems that keep us stuck. I am certified in EMDR. I use EMDR protocols, as well as other trauma-informed, creative and energy modalities. I offer a sharing space for us to meet. I can also facilitate coaching sessions, using goal setting, visualization and sensory techniques to help you achieve a new you, whether personally or professionally.

I actually started my "therapy" journey when I was a child, and I would go with my grandmother, who was a healer, and I was able to be present during many end-of-life events. Hi Everyone, I am a Licensed Counselor in Central Florida for the last 3 years. I have worked and volunteered in a variety of settings including a crisis hotline, private practice, and mentor to homeless teenage girls. I also worked with at-risk male youth and young fathers in East Harlem. I volunteered with incarcerated men in New York and on a Native American Reservation in Arizona. I have a lot of experience working in substance abuse treatment settings helping clients to explore triggers for their behaviors as well as coping skills for maintaining sobriety. I now work with adults and my areas of focus are anxiety, addictions and trauma.
