I am familiar with working with Depression, Anxiety, Grief and relationship concerns. I have worked with Active duty Military and Military Veterans as well. I was a Military wife so I understand the stressors place on families and active duty members. I have also worked at the Veterans Administration as a Clinical Social Worker in the Woman Veterans Program as well as with Homeless Veterans. I am trained in various therapy techniques.

After attending Florida State University College and obtaining a masters degree in social work, I became licensed in the state of Florida as a LCSW. Alongside my credentials I have several years of hands on experience working in mental health care settings from crisis units to residential and outpatient programs. My experience has helped me understand the importance of creating individualized treatment plans and goals unique to each and every persons needs.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Florida. I have a history in working with parents who foster or adopt, adults who were in the foster care system or adopted as children. I also specialize with women (18+) going through difficult life transitions, stress/anxiety and stage of life conflicts. Lastly, I have been in full time ministry for over 19 years and work with those in helping professions combat burnout and compassion fatigue.
