Hello, congratulations on taking the next step in your journey. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. I am very passionate about helping people reach their goals and witnessing their growth throughout the therapeutic process. My heart is in helping my community by motivating my clients and assisting them in excelling in the challenges they may face. I provide Person-Centered, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused therapeutic approaches. I have helped countless individuals learn coping skills to recover from depression, anxiety, and stress-related issues, as well as assisting them in navigating life transitions. It’s never too late to take the next step; I provide a no-judgment atmosphere. I have immediate availability and cannot wait to begin helping you achieve your goals and create lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

A first therapy session can be exciting yet daunting. You may be eager to get help from a therapist but not know what to expect from the first session. In your first session with me, you can expect us to have a conversation about what inspired you to seek therapy and the goals you hope to achieve during it. I want to create a judgment-free environment where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked as a LCSW for the past 6 years, my greatest strength as a provider is being able to provide my clients with a non-judgmental atmosphere and to build a therapeutic rapport.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

Clients who are ready to start the process in therapy and who are willing to explore their thoughts and feelings. Clients who are willing to put in the work to improve their life.

Motivational Interviewing

Motivational Interviewing can be a great modality to incorporate in a session; it provides an opportunity to build rapport between clients and therapists. It also provides the clients a chance to develop the motivation to change their behavior to reach their goals in a non-confrontational approach.
