Feeling stuck? You're not alone. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, trauma, or medical challenges, I’m here to walk alongside you. For over 20 years, I’ve supported people through some of life’s toughest moments—with compassion, honesty, and care. I’m especially drawn to working with those who feel weighed down by emotional pain, illness, or big life transitions. As a cancer survivor, I deeply understand how healing can be messy, powerful, and deeply personal—and I believe in your ability to grow through it.
Hi there!
I'm a therapist who specializes in helping people overcome people-pleasing tendencies and trauma. You might be tired of constantly putting the needs of others before your own, feeling like you're never enough, or struggling to set healthy boundaries. It can be overwhelming to navigate these challenges on your own, but together, we can work towards building your self-esteem, creating space for your own needs, and developing new ways of communicating with others.
If you've experienced trauma, it can be difficult to trust others and feel safe in your everyday life. You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, or other symptoms that make it hard to move forward. I want you to know that healing is possible, and you don't have to go through this alone. Using evidence-based therapies like Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems (IFS), I can help you process your experiences, reduce distressing symptoms, and move towards a more fulfilling life.
My name is John A. Llauget. I hold a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Stephen F. Austin State University and an Educational Specialist Degree in Counseling from University of South Florida. My career in mental health in 1977 working in a psychiatric hospital; and later as a outpatient therapist in a community mental health center working with children, adolescents, families, and adults. I was licensed in Florida in 1986 as a Mental Health Counselor and have maintained my license since that date. Also I have worked as an employee assistance counselor, school counselor, associate professor at an international university, and court evaluator for guardianship cases. For 20 years I worked as a cancer counselor with oncology clients helping them cope with illness, stress, and emotional distress.
Additionally I have maintained a practice and interest in Traditional Okinawan Uechi-Ryu, earning a Masters rank in that system of training. I have used martial training with children & adolescents to develop self-control and self esteem. Later when I began working with an elderly population and clients dealing with physical limitations, I taught Qigong and Mindfulness Meditation as a way to improve their health, well-being, and cope with stress. My therapeutic style centers around getting to know a client, develop trust, and talking more explicitly about issues before making any recommendations. I am a strong advocate of evidence-based treatments and teaching ‘tools’ to cope with stress and emotional difficulties. I have gained training in trauma treatment because we now know that it is prevalent in our life experiences. I value compassion, persistence, and patience in working towards change. I look forward to working with you. I also value your time and want to use it productively in assisting you to reach your therapeutic goals.
Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and I’m grateful for where it led me. I served in the United States Air Force and spent 15 years in the financial services industry. While those roles may seem far from social work, they taught me how to build real connections, navigate hard conversations, and show up for people when it matters most.
Eventually, I felt called to make a change. I returned to school as an adult undergraduate at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies. That time helped me reflect on my own experiences and deepened my understanding of how we relate to ourselves and others. I stayed at Penn for both my master’s and doctoral work, focusing on veterans’ mental health, and grief, loss, and bereavement. My time at the Michael C. Crescenz VA and hospice care taught me how powerful a quiet presence can be, and how healing often begins in the smallest, most human moments.
In therapy, I focus on creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is a belief in the power of relationship. Whether you’re navigating loss, transition, or uncertainty, I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your way toward clarity, connection, and healing.
Hi there, I'm Angelica, and I would like to start by congratulating you on choosing the journey to heal.

Hello, I am Teresa!
Are you looking for a therapist who will help you find a better balance in your life? If that sounds like you, I am the Therapist for you!
I believe in the importance of building rapport with clients. I want my clients to feel as comfortable as possible, and I do my best to achieve this by using a client-centered approach. I use a balanced approach that allows my client to work through current and past issues that are preventing them from moving forward. I tend to use a Cognitive Behavioral approach with an emphasis on Mindfulness. However, I believe in utilizing an approach that is best for my client this may also include Dialectical Behavioral or Solution Focused therapies.

Living with Anxiety, Depression, Panic or OCD can feel overwhelming. It can make tasks at work feel challenging and in our personal lives, it can make us feel disconnected from others as well as the activities we used to derive happiness from. Even though we develop ways to cope and talking with friends and family can help, these feelings never really fully go away. Thankfully, a structured approach to therapy can help. It is possible to feel comfortable or even excited to interact with people, enjoy your work each day and find meaning!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of counseling experience, I place an emphasis on establishing therapeutic goals, developing a plan and highlighting the progress clients make towards personal change. I also understand the importance of establishing a genuine therapeutic connection based on compassion and empathy with each person I work with. In my experience, this serves as the foundation for meaningful progress in therapy. My primary approaches to counseling include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered and Solution Focused Therapy.

Hi — hola. I’m Andrea Gonzalez, LCSW, and I’m really glad you’re here.
I’ve spent over 8 years supporting youth and adults. Because trauma has shaped me too, I know how it can wire your nervous system toward overthinking, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and feeling “never good enough.” I share this only to say: I understand from the inside, and I have been there where you are.
My approach is warm and trauma-informed. We’ll work with your story and your nervous system using attachment-focused work, inner-child exploration, mindfulness, mind-body connection work, narrative therapy, and trauma informed care. I take a holistic view—mind, body, and heart—and, if it resonates, we can integrate spirituality and energy-based practices to deepen healing and self-trust.
Together we’ll create a grounded space to unpack what’s heavy, regulate your system, and build practical tools: boundaries you can keep, kinder self-talk, and healthier relationship patterns. We’ll move at your pace while doing work that actually shifts things—so you can feel clearer, steadier, and more yourself. If you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, people-pleasing, identity shifts, or relationship patterns, I’m here to walk with you—con corazón y claridad.
Are you experiencing frustration, confusion or turmoil in your life? Even to the point where you see no sense of direction while trying to navigate through life? At times, this can be overwhelming for individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, including other mental health disorders. Hi! My name is Stephaney and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida with almost a decade of experience in treating adults and adolescents for various mental health challenges and co-occurring diagnoses.
I was inspired to become a therapist by my unique experience migrating to the United States at the age of 13 and attending middle school which was very challenging for me. Culture shock became my reality and one that would eventually lead me to “Severe anxiety.” Even with a very strong family support system, I felt alone and trapped by my own inner fears and self-defeating thoughts. Constant worry and fear of being bullied by my peers became my everyday experience.
Through all these obstacles, I was able to process my feelings and experiences with my faith in Jesus Christ, supportive family, and a few good friends. To this extent, I have come to recognize the benefits of a strong support system and the need for social and relational connection.
As a mental health counselor, I’m privileged to be a part of that support system for many people. I work with my clients to connect the dots between their thoughts, emotions, and actions, all while providing sound strategies to promote healthier thought processes. I believe that every human being deserves a chance to be heard and understood, and therapy has taught me that as human beings, we are more alike than different. So as your therapist, I’m excited to be a listening ear for you and help guide you toward your goals.
My journey as a therapist began with a deep fascination for the human mind and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives after growing up in the foster care system. I previously served in the Air Force, serving my country. I have a bachelor's in dietetics and nutrition with years of nutrition counseling as well. Over the years, I have honed my skills, gaining experience in various therapeutic techniques and approaches to better serve my clients.
Hey, for the past 14 years I have been helping people of all ages and in various communities work through their life struggles. I am a Licenses Clinical Social Worker and Mental Health Therapist helping individuals, families, and adolescents learn how to deal with different things that affect their life. After a career in the corporate world, I "reinvented" by going back to school to obtain a masters degree in counseling. I have worked at the VA, FL civil commitment prison, a psychiatric hospital and for the last five years counsel for a local hospital system serving a diverse population. Married, 5 kids, (3 adopted), cats and dogs, successes and failures in both business and personal life. I continue to learn how to navigate life's challenges and find meaning and purpose helping others. I practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, but believe the client's language should drive their journey. Being heard and understood is a partnership. Cultivating peace inside us allows us to see things as they really are. I pledge to always do my best for you.
Hello! I am committed to helping you navigate life's challenges with empathy, understanding, and the professional support you deserve. As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida, I offer individual therapy sessions tailored to your unique needs and goals. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, major life changes, or wanting to improve relationships, I provide a safe, confidential, and compassionate space to help you navigate through challenges and thrive.
With years of experience working in diverse settings—including transitional housing for substance abuse, emergency departments, psychiatric units, and with military families—I bring a wealth of expertise in supporting individuals through some of life's most difficult moments. My approach combines evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and psychoeducation, empowering you to develop healthier thought patterns and coping strategies to improve your mental well-being.
My therapeutic approach uses psychoeducation and cognitive behavioral techniques to help you understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. By learning more about how your mind works, you can make intentional changes that lead to positive results. These techniques have proven to be effective in treating a range of mental health concerns, and my goal is always to equip you with the tools you need to create lasting change in your life. I’m passionate about empowering you with the knowledge and skills to not just survive, but to truly thrive, regardless of the challenges you face.
Thank you for considering me as your partner in this journey.
Ever since I was a little girl, I felt the need to help others; making a positive change in someone else’s life brought immense joy to my life. Coming from an immigrant family with limited resources, I joined the military to achieve my educational goals. While in the military, I moved a lot and had the opportunity to meet people from different cultures, backgrounds, and religions. I learned how our differences make us unique, interesting, and just wonderful. However, these differences sometimes create conflict on the inside and also on the outside. For this reason, I decided to become a social worker and help make a positive change in the world, one person at a time.
It is so hard to try to tell your life story to a stranger, but just know I'm here to help you find the strength you thought you lost but is just hiding deep in you. We will work together to help you achieve your goals.
