First session
In our first session together I'll listen to you and what is bothering you. These issues will be addressed in the upcoming sessions, but to start, I just want you to unload how you are feeling and what's going on. That's enough for our first hour.

I can go there with you in your emotions and explore what's causing you discomfort. I like to explore how you grew up and how it affects you now. All subjects, all aspects of you will be heard and accepted.
