In our first session together I'll listen to you and what is bothering you. These issues will be addressed in the upcoming sessions, but to start, I just want you to unload how you are feeling and what's going on. That's enough for our first hour.

Heloisa is amazing! Since i started seeing her my mental health really has improved. She is open minded and truly authentic in her approach.
