We can work together to carve out or refine those strengths already within you to propel you toward your goal. I use a person-centered approach and take from the many modalities to best fit your needs, including CBT, EMDR and EFT. Considering therapy is brave. Having that first session is a milestone. EFT OR Emotional Freedom Technique I use as a gentle way to go through a trauma, or significant event. We breathe, tap, and navigate that significant event with compassion and keep you grounded instead of escaping into that moment.
