Hello, I’m Celest and I am so happy you are here. I want to share a little about myself to help you feel more comfortable. Professionally, my background includes experience helping people navigate difficult mental health conditions, neurological disorders, chronic illness and those on hospice care. All of this deeply shapes my approach to 1:1 therapy. I am compassion forward and use an eclectic approach pulling from several therapeutic styles. Humanistic, feminist, somatic, narrative, existential, cognitive behavioral, acceptance and commitment, and emotion-focused to name a few. Outside of my time offering therapy I enjoy a variety of hobbies and interests ranging from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reading, watching movies, and learning Japanese. I have a two year old pup and nine year old cat who teach me about unconditional love and patience every day. I have put in my own time as a therapy client of over 4 years and currently see a personal coach to help me meet my goals. I truly know how vulnerable it feels talking with someone about the hardest things we think, feel, and have experienced. There is also space for laughter, exploring hope, and finding joy too. It can be both challenging and rewarding. It is guaranteed to change your life if you allow it to. I’d love to get to know you and explore whether we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll begin building a safe, grounded space where you can process your experiences, name your feelings, reflect on your unique worldview and find ways to live out your values.

Hi, I'm Olivia Lauzon, LCSW/LICSW and Certified Perinatal Mental Health provider. I specialize in working with mothers navigating trauma, anxiety, burnout, and the deep identity shifts that come with parenthood. Whether your trauma is recent or rooted in childhood, becoming a mom has a way of bringing it to the surface. The sleepless nights, the mental load, the pressure to “do it all,” it can stir up old wounds in ways no one prepared you for. I am licensed to see clients in WA, CO, and FL.

Hi, I'm Ashley. I believe that somewhere underneath the anxiety, the self-doubt, and the patterns that keep repeating, there is a version of you that already knows the way. My job isn't to fix you or direct you. It's to create a space steady enough that you can actually hear yourself. Together we get curious about the thoughts that won't quiet down, the emotions that feel bigger than the moment, the behaviors that keep showing up even when you don't want them to, and what all of it is actually trying to tell you. I bring tools into our work that help you understand what's happening in your mind and body when you're overwhelmed, so you can actually do something about it instead of just surviving it. But more than any method or modality, I show up as a real person walking alongside you, not as the expert on your life.

I believe that each one of us has the answers to our problems inside of us. However, sometimes we need someone on our journey to help us unlock those answers by asking the right questions---things you may not have considered, presenting proven strategies, and psychoeducation. Although, you will make strides with the energy and effort you give, the number one predictor that one will improve is the quality of the therapeutic relationship. I hope to provide a place of warmth, compassion, and acceptance in which you feel empowered and free to approach any concerns. I am here to help you along on your journey. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Arizona, Florida, Massachusetts, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Utah. I graduated from Florida Atlantic University with an Educational Specialist degree in Mental Health Counseling. I also earned a Master's of Art from Roosevelt University. I have experience working with youth and their families as well as adults. The theoretical framework that I usually draw from is Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. I also apply Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing Techniques as needed. I address trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, interpersonal skills, self-esteem, anger, problem-solving, and decision-making. In conjunction with therapy, I believe that exercise, proper nutrition, and good sleep hygiene are an integral part of overcoming mental health concerns. Change, even positive change can be challenging and uncomfortable. I hope to provide the necessary support as a champion of change.

Becoming a healed person is possible. Are you ready for change and seeking a guide who can facilitate you out of old patterns and into the new life awaiting you on the other side? I support people to get out of their own way so you can finally get traction taking the actions to create the life you've always wanted. We all have a degree of trauma from this lifetime, including intergenerational trauma and survival patterning from our ancestors. All of this gets to be released as we gradually and gently come into living free and clear, safe in the present moment. When we clear out all the old energy from painful past learning we have clarity and become free and relaxed in the moment to make new choices. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help. Seeking therapy can feel scary but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hangups and habits holding you back. You don't have to do this alone any more.

Hi! My name is Claire and I'm a licensed mental health therapist with the state of Florida. I received my masters in Mental Health Counseling in 2013 and have been working in the field since then. I've worked in all aspects of mental health including private practice, outpatient services, residential facilities, schools, and inpatient therapy services. I enjoy working with an approach that is centered in cognitive behavioral therapy that also includes somatic work to be able to integrate the mind and the body together. Outside of working I've been with my partner since 2013 and in 2021 we welcomed a child into our lives. Some of the most fulfilling moments are those that I can find myself in nature, whether in the mountains, on the beach, or out for a run being outside will consistently be a source of joy for me.

With 20 years as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado, I help people get unstuck from patterns that keep repeating—even when they know better. Not just talk about it—actually change it. I’ve worked with Veterans, caregivers, people dealing with serious illness, and those carrying anxiety, depression, grief, and burnout from holding too much for too long. Most of my clients aren’t new to insight—they already understand their patterns. They just haven’t been able to change them yet. I don’t do cookie-cutter therapy. We look at your actual life—your history, relationships, nervous system, and habits—and figure out what’s really driving things. Then we work on it in a way that’s realistic and doable—something you can actually sustain. I’m direct and I’m kind. I’ll call things out when needed, but I’m not here to shame you—I’m here to help you move. You don’t have to filter yourself or pretend you’re more okay than you are. Just show up as you are and we’ll work with that. I’m a secular, affirming therapist. You don’t have to explain or defend who you are here. I work with LGBTQ+ clients, people in nontraditional relationships, and anyone who’s tired of feeling like they don’t quite fit. I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing—but more importantly, I use what actually works for you. I’m also trained in psychedelic therapy and integration. If you want a therapist who will sit quietly and nod, I’m probably not your person. If you want someone who will help you understand what’s going on, challenge what’s not working, and actually help you change things—we’ll get along well.

This experience has shaped a grounded, trauma-informed approach that meets people with care, steadiness, and respect for the complexity of their experiences. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and paced to your nervous system. Hi my name is Amy, and I first want to acknowledge how difficult and scary it feels to begin the process of therapy, either for the first time or starting with a new therapist. I take very seriously the enormous strength that takes and I work very hard to ensure that you feel safe and heard as we begin the therapeutic relationship. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 15 years of experience providing counseling in both inpatient and outpatient centers. I received my Master’s degree in counseling in 2008, from Webster University. I had the privilege of working in an inpatient eating disorder facility for five years and have continued that work in outpatient settings. I have a passion for connecting with teenagers, college students and career women to build a safe place with an adult where they can voice their feelings and experiences without fear of judgement. I also especially enjoy working with young adult women as they navigate their way through the process of beginning adulthood. I have experience with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and general women’s issue. I am especially passionate about working with CPTSD and PTSD. I have received training and supervision in working with trauma as it is a highly specialized field. Trauma survivors need validation, belief, compassion and acceptance first and foremost before a trusting relationship can be established. I have working with women exiting a toxic relationship, having endured narcissistic abuse and/or infidelity (betrayal trauma) which is many times misunderstood by well-intentioned people. My approach is warm, compassionate and highly empathetic as I work to establish a safe environment for healing to take place.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping adults heal from trauma, chronic stress, and long-standing survival patterns. Many of the people I work with grew up navigating environments where safety, emotional support, or stability were inconsistent, and those experiences can continue to affect relationships, self-worth, and the nervous system well into adulthood. My approach is compassionate, grounded, and practical. I integrate trauma-informed methods such as EMDR, somatic awareness, and nervous system regulation to help clients move beyond survival mode and reconnect with a stronger sense of self. Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Together we work at a pace that feels safe while building the insight, resilience, and self-trust needed for lasting change. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Mind-Body-Soul Coach, I work with seasoned therapy clients who are ready to take their therapy to the next level and dive deeper. My approach moves beyond the surface of traditional talk therapy to integrate holistic health for the Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul. With specialized certifications in Spiritually Integrated Therapy and Integrative Mental Health, I bridge the gap between clinical expertise and holistic wisdom. Whether we are incorporating your unique spiritual beliefs or exploring natural alternatives for emotional well-being, our work is tailored to your specific path. Because stress often lives in the body, I utilize my Somatic training as a Certified Vagal Toning Practitioner to help you move out of "fight or flight" and release stored emotions and trauma. I will teach you practical tools to balance your nervous system through strengthening the Vagus Nerve, allowing you to build genuine resilience to trauma and daily stressors. Through this deep work, we will identify past patterns that no longer serve you, and we will alchemize your pain into power. By setting intentional, soul-aligned goals, I will help you step into your highest self and live with more vitality and purpose!

As a Licensed Psychotherapist serving clients in Florida, Georgia, New Hampshire, and Texas, I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, growth, and reconnection. I believe that true healing is not just about the mind, but also about honoring the body and nurturing the spirit. This belief has shaped my Somatic Insight Therapeutic Approach—one that gently invites you back into relationship with yourself. With a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, I have seen how powerful it can be when we slow down and begin to listen to what the body is holding. Together, we create a safe, supportive space where you can explore your inner experiences with curiosity and compassion. By weaving together mindfulness, body awareness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices, I help you tune into your emotions, understand your nervous system, and move through your experiences at a pace that feels right for you. Our work together is collaborative and personalized. We may integrate reflective conversation, breathwork, and gentle somatic practices to help you reconnect with your body, build self-awareness, and find a sense of grounding and steadiness within. My intention is to support you in feeling more at home in yourself—more connected, more resourced, and more empowered in your healing. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with care and intention, as you rediscover your strength, reclaim your story, and move toward a deeper sense of balance, peace, and wholeness.

Have you been hurt by someone you trusted — and now you feel lost, rejected, or overwhelmed? My specialty is helping adults heal the wounds of betrayal, breakups, and divorce. I also work with clients navigating anxiety, grief, major life changes, and depression, offering tools to manage overwhelming thoughts, calm inner chaos, and rebuild self-trust. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by my desire to help people heal beneath the surface and reclaim their sense of identity and authentic self. Along the way, I’ve learned approaches that teach clients how to manage overwhelming emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and release the stress their bodies hold onto after trauma. These methods help clients find relief from anxiety, depression, grief, and relational betrayal in ways that last beyond the therapy room.

Hi! I'm Evelyn. You can call me Yeye. Once we meet, I'll tell you a little about how folks started calling me by that name. So you've decided to start therapy. It's a big step to take, but one that can take you through a journey of self-discovery. My work as a therapist is to provide compassionate mental health services to those who are looking at healing and moving forward on their life journey. With over 25+ years of experience in working with youth, adults, couples and families, I strive to support each individual I work with as they explore and learn about how best to honor themselves. My approach to mental health and wellness goes beyond managing symptoms. While working with you, I will simply guide you through a path of discovery so that you can examine, reflect and challenge yourself and the collectives that are a part of your environment so that you can live a meaningful and purposeful life.

Frequently asked questions

Why filter by Florida rather than a city like Tampa?

When looking for online therapy, you can see anyone that is credentialed in Florida. We want you to find the best fit, therefore, Grow Therapy shows available therapists across Florida from Miami to Jacksonville! If you’d rather see someone in-person, you can change the filter from virtual and find a therapist near you in Florida.

Will my therapist take insurance?

When booking you’ll be asked to verify with your Member ID. However, if you don’t have any of the insurances available you can select cash. Our therapists will have their cost of appointment on their profile. Individual session costs will vary.

How does the Specialty Filter work? Can I find a therapist that focuses on a specific issue?

The specialty filter is optional. You don’t need to check any boxes to see a provider. However, fit is very important when selecting an online therapist. If you have knowledge or experience to recognize what specialties you may need.

Why use Gender, Age, and Identities filters?

Finding a provider with a similar life experience can be beneficial because it can be easier to establish rapport and potentially be understood quicker and clearer.

What happens during the first therapy session?

Your first therapy session is for you and your therapist to meet each other and to ask any questions that you have about the counseling process. This is where you can expect your therapist to do the same as they will ask questions to gain insight into your specific situation. In this first session the therapist is doing their part to gather as much information so they can better assess if they are able to meet your therapeutic needs. Depending upon your provider's specialty, you may also discuss the methods the therapist will use. For additional information on therapy methods, please visit the Grow Therapy Help Center. Some people feel nervous before their first appointment, and that is totally normal! Coming prepared with a list of questions for your therapist may help. Remember, you're taking a brave step by seeking therapy, and it is okay to be nervous as you try something new.
