Brainspotting
https://brainspotting.com/about-brainspotting/what-is-brainspotting/ Brainspotting therapy is a trauma therapy technique developed by Dr. David Grand that uses specific eye positions, called "brainspots," to access and process deep-seated emotional issues and trauma by linking them to their physical sensations and deep-brain origins. I will guide you to hold your gaze on a brainspot, allowing the brain's natural healing processes to resolve difficult emotions and memories by tapping into the midbrain's trauma processing capabilities. Brainspotting can be helpful for dealing with a range of challenges, including: Trauma and PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, Dissociation, performance issues and creative blocks, and other forms of deep-seated emotional distress and trauma.
Somatic
Somatic therapy incorporates practices like body awareness, breathing techniques, and movement to help individuals recognize physical sensations and let go of pent-up emotions. It is commonly applied in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ongoing pain.
