Hello. I’m Patricia. We all face challenges in our lives. Some big, and some small. My goal is to help you successfully address challenges in your life that have become burdensome. I believe therapy should address the whole person because life challenges are often complex and can interrupt several parts of your life. I am dedicated to helping you by taking a therapeutic approach to include your physical, mental, and emotional needs. I use evidence-based therapy practices that have been proven to be effective. I provide services in a confidential, safe, caring and encouraging atmosphere. Consideration is always given to ethnic, religious, economic, or social needs you may have. Let’s conquer those burdensome challenges in your life together.
In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, go over my policies and practices, then we'll get right into the specific challenges you are facing. Immediately following our first session, I will create a personalized plan of treatment that is tailored to you that we will discuss and finalize during your second session.
I have extensive training in treating individuals that are struggling to manage both mental health diagnoses and chronic medical conditions. I also have experience in helping individuals who have suffered from simple or complex Trauma.
