Our first session is a welcoming space for you to be open and honest about where you are and what you need. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, the goals you’d like to work toward, and what healing looks like for you. By the end of our conversation, we’ll identify one small, achievable first step—something that helps you immediately begin moving forward on your path to self-discovery and confidence.
