Is life feeling heavy right now? Does it feel like the harder you try, the more lost you become? When navigating a major life transition—like a recent loss, an empty nest, a career shift, or an ending relationship—your mind tries to think its way through the change, but your nervous system carries the actual burden. If you have spent months talking about your stress in therapy but your body still feels exhausted, anxious, or stuck, somatic work may be the missing piece. I provide a warm, gentle space specializing in somatic (body-centered) therapy and mindfulness for women experiencing: The heavy, physical ache of deep burnout and grief A constant tightness in the chest or unshakeable fatigue Feeling completely disconnected from your own body We won’t just analyze your overwhelm; we will work together to help your body safely release it. You don’t have to navigate this threshold alone. Let’s help you breathe a little deeper and feel truly grounded again.

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

Our first session is a soft landing place. You can leave the pressure to "stay positive" or "look on the bright side" at the door. We are not here to bypass what hurts. Instead, we will slow everything down, give your nervous system a chance to breathe, and locate where you are holding your stress: -Does it feel like a constant knot in your belly? -Does your heart feel like it doesn't have enough room to beat? -Are you wearing your shoulders like earrings? -Are you so tired that no matter how much you sleep, you never feel rested? Every woman I support is different so please don't worry if you have no idea where your stress is living within your body. From there, we will gently look at your unqiue goals without the pressure to have it all figured out. You don’t need to prepare anything, and you don’t have to perform. You don't come to therapy because you know all the answers—therapy is where we explore the right questions. Just show up exactly as you are.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

I have spent over a decade guiding women through life’s heaviest thresholds. My path has woven through years as a yoga and meditation teacher, a hospice social worker sitting with deep grief, and a woman who has navigated her own seasons of burnout, heartbreak, and massive life moves alone. Because of this, I don’t practice therapy from a detached textbook. I listen with my whole being, and I bring a warm sense of humor that allows us to hold heavy realities with a little bit of levity. I know how terrifying it is when the ground shifts beneath you—and I am here to help you find your footing.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

You are likely a busy woman in your 30s to 50s, working full-time and carrying an immense amount of invisible weight. Right now, you are navigating heavy relationship struggles and feel completely disconnected from yourself. You have a habit of taking on far more responsibility than is fair—exhausting yourself trying to fix, change, or hold everything together. Even though you try to eat well and move your body, you are still running on empty—trapped in a cycle of brain fog, restless nights, and chronic burnout. You know past trauma plays a role, and while you’ve tried talk therapy on and off for years, the relief never seems to stick. You are finally ready to step off the emotional merry-go-round, own your healing, and learn that it is safe to stop trying so hard.

My treatment methods

Somatic

Somatic therapy is my own primary practice for emotional, mental, and physical well-being—because it helps you stop living in your head where anxious thoughts take over, and moves you back into your body where it is finally safe to rest, ground, and breathe."

Faith based therapy

I approach healing through a spiritual lens, helping women navigate burnout and transitions by reclaiming their innate worthiness and cultivating deep self-love from a place of inner wholeness."

Mind-body approach

My mind-body approach combines somatics and mindfulness to help you move past traditional talk therapy, shifting the focus from analyzing your stress to physically releasing it from your body.

Grief Therapy

In grief work, I provide a compassionate space to process loss, helping you navigate the pain so you can reconnect with your innate worth and fully step back into your value beyond the shadow of what has been lost.

Strength-Based

My practice is deeply strengths-based, meaning we focus on identifying your natural gifts and inherent abilities, allowing you to build confidence and fully recognize your true, powerful worth.
