LCSW, 7 years of experience
I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning. I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone. In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome. This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.
Our First Session Our first session is all about creating a safe and supportive space where you can begin to share your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to explore or shift, and any goals or themes you’d like to focus on. I’ll also ask some background questions to better understand your experiences, relationships, and how you’ve been coping. You don’t need to have all the answers—we’ll figure things out together. Whether you’re feeling nervous, uncertain, or ready to dive in, I’ll meet you where you are with curiosity, compassion, and no judgment. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of how we can move forward in a way that honors your needs and your healing journey.
My greatest strength is helping clients reconnect with the truth of who they are. I hold space that is warm, intuitive, and grounded—where you can be fully seen without judgment. I specialize in working with those who’ve learned to minimize themselves, overperform, or silence their needs just to feel safe or worthy. Through a blend of inner child healing, trauma-informed insight, and soul-aligned guidance, I help you soften shame, reclaim your voice, and move from survival to self-trust. Clients often tell me they feel lighter after sessions—not because the hard stuff disappears, but because they feel more rooted in who they are. I weave together evidence-based methods with somatic awareness, ancestral exploration, and narrative reframing to support deep, lasting transformation. My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s relational, spiritual, and deeply human. My clients leave our work not just more self-aware—but more self-assured, empowered, and in alignment with their truth.
I work best with clients who are ready to look inward, reconnect with themselves, and explore the roots of who they are. Many have spent years feeling unseen, silenced, or like they had to “hold it all together.” They may be navigating identity shifts, healing from childhood wounds, or confronting patterns of self-doubt, perfectionism, or people-pleasing. I support those who want more than symptom relief—they seek soul-deep healing, meaningful change, and to reclaim their voice. My ideal clients are open to exploring their inner child, spirituality, and emotional world in a space that’s warm, nonjudgmental, and affirming. I hold space for young adults navigating the messy, meaningful space between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. Whether you’re stepping away from family expectations, recovering from emotional wounds, or feeling anxious about the future—I help you explore your truth. Many feel pressure to “have it all figured out” while secretly struggling with burnout, self-doubt, or identity confusion. Together, we build self-trust, name your needs, and define life on your terms. This is a space where your questions are welcome, your voice matters, and your healing can begin. I also support high-achieving women of color who feel exhausted from carrying the weight of expectations. You’ve pushed through barriers and succeeded in so many ways—but inside, you may battle imposter syndrome, perfectionism, or a sense of not-enoughness. You might feel disconnected from your emotions, unsure how to slow down, or burdened by generational pressure. Our work focuses on healing these inherited wounds, softening the inner critic, and reclaiming joy, rest, and authenticity. You don’t have to do it all to be worthy. This is your space to just be—and be deeply supported. For those on a path of spiritual awakening or ancestral healing, I offer a grounded and intuitive space to explore. Whether you're reconnecting with your intuition, processing trauma through a spiritual lens, or called to break generational cycles—you’re not alone. I weave together talk therapy, inner child healing, narrative work, and energy awareness to support soul-aligned transformation. Many of my clients are reclaiming parts of themselves that were once suppressed—culturally, spiritually, or emotionally. Together, we honor your lineage, expand your inner knowing, and help you become more fully yourself. Finally, I work with couples and individuals navigating complex family dynamics, em
Grounded in the belief that we are all striving for belonging and significance, I use Adlerian therapy to explore your core beliefs, social dynamics, and early experiences that may be shaping your current challenges. Through this work, we focus on encouraging personal growth, identifying lifestyle patterns, and fostering a sense of purpose and connection. I often bring in goal setting, exploration of family constellation, and encouragement strategies to support self-worth and resilience.
I use IFS to help clients explore the different “parts” of themselves—like the inner critic, the protector, or the wounded child—with curiosity and compassion. We work together to identify these inner voices, understand their roles, and begin healing the pain they carry. IFS supports deep transformation by helping clients access their core Self—wise, calm, and capable of leading their internal system. This work aligns with my trauma-informed and intuitive lens, offering clients a safe way to explore complex emotional experiences and build lasting inner harmony.
Trauma lives in the body—and so does healing. Through somatic approaches, I help clients tune into the body’s signals, gently release stored tension, and build nervous system awareness. We might work with grounding techniques, movement, breathwork, or stillness to help regulate overwhelm and reconnect with a sense of safety in the body. My approach draws from both clinical somatic practices and energetic awareness, allowing for full mind-body-spirit integration that honors each person’s rhythm and readiness.
You are not your problems—you are the author of your story. Narrative therapy invites us to explore the personal stories you’ve been living by, many of which may have been shaped by family, culture, trauma, or systems outside your control. In our work, we gently unpack those narratives and explore what’s still true for you—and what you’d like to rewrite. Together, we highlight your strengths, values, and preferred identity so you can reclaim power, perspective, and meaning in your life.
This future-oriented approach focuses on what’s already working, highlighting your strengths and small wins. I use solution-focused techniques to help you clarify your goals, build on your resilience, and take manageable steps forward—especially when you feel stuck or overwhelmed. Instead of spending too much time dissecting problems, we’ll focus on possibilities, exceptions, and actionable shifts. This approach is especially empowering for clients who need momentum or want to reconnect with their own agency and inner resourcefulness.
